Packed parking lot full of old cars, had to weave through and walk in mud. The lock box is placed too high for short people making the word combination challenging.

I picked this location because it was close to my house. I asked for an in person pick up because it’s my first time using U-Haul. We got there 20 minutes early and every door is locked around the building. Nobody is there. So I try the app which doesn’t load properly even when connected to WiFi. Then I get a call from a random number with an Arizona area code and it’s the guy whom I’m there to see and get the keys from asking where we are. He’s sitting in his car “watching the doors” to see if anyone comes around. Meanwhile we’ve circled the building twice. He makes a comment about how he’s been waiting 20 minutes. I tell him “us too.” He takes us inside one of the doors, why he wasn’t inside already waiting? No clue. For drop off, same thing. The app isn’t working, we call the guy he tells us to drop the keys off and that’s it. It was an extremely frustrating pick up that took 35 minutes instead of 10. It could’ve been solved by either having that person inside the office ready to go instead of in his car by the trucks or by having clear instructions for this specific pick up and drop off location. Next time I’ll drive the extra 5 miles by going to the other side of town.

There are wrecked cars everywhere at this location. I had to work my way to and from the office through wrecked vehicles. A definite safety issue. The main office is a mess. The man working was courteous and helpful.

they only could rent a trailer if the customer did it online. they had no idea how to rent a trailer to a walk-in. I waited for over an hour listening to the 3-way conversation trying to get a open trailer rented.

The location was sketchy to say the very least. I did not feel safe and would never ever ever choose that location again. The U-Haul sign (on the building) had arrow pointing to go around the side of the building. I walked into a door that was the only door I could find and I was DEFINITELY not correct. It looked like homeless people were staying there and the hair on the back of my next stood in end. I immediately left and called my make friends to come help me figure out what to do.

Picking up the truck was a hassle. No one was at the location. Truck was clean but missing the furniture dolly that I paid for.

Absolutely horrible. They changed my rental date instead of starting my rental. I was not charged properly. The guy just handed me the key. Most unofficial Uhaul rental I have ever experienced

The lock box was too high so we were unable to see the letters on the lock. Once we climbed on a grocery cart so that we could see the lock and put in the letters, we were still unable to open the lock. We made several phone calls and when we reached the manager for the area, he took no responsibility for the fact that we could not get into the lock box.He actually said that we should either bang it with a crow bar or go and buy de-icer. He stated that it was our problem because we rented during time that the store was not open. He finally agreed to have someone come and open the box for us when we stated that we would call his direct supervisor. This process took an hour. We were in freezing weather trying to get the lockbox open on our moving day while our movers were at the house waiting to start loading the truck. This hour cost us $100.00 in fees to the movers when they were doing nothing. The person who ran the store was the only helpful person. He was eventually called by the area manager to come and open the lock box. He was kind and friendly.
