We were approached by someone who said they were an employee but had no identifiers. They wanted the keys and we tried to put them in the lock box, and the person got mad at us. Little scary.
Melynda JOverall good, but there was no utility dolly in the truck.
Roland TI had no problem with renting my u- haul. The lady at the register( Patti) was very friendly and helpful so I would definitely return. She was great. 😊

Monica GYou need steps to get into the trucks. I am short and have a bad knee and back. I struggled to get into the truck and am very sore. Will probably not use Uhaul again. I could have fallen and been seriously hurt. This situation is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Mike CWe’ve never been charged for mileage before and didn’t realize that we were being charged for that until the return. We have an account with U-Haul because of a storage unit we rent monthly. So that was disappointing. But the overall service was great.
DAVID TEasy to return. The U-Haul facility was nice and clean. The staff was great and very friendly and knew the process very well. In fact the U-Haul app wasn't working well so they checked me in the old fashion way and sent me confirmation receipt confirming my return... I would come here again.. Also easy to get their trucks in and out of their facility for less experienced drivers who havent driven larger trucks before.

Anjanette BI was charged for dolly and I DID NOT use the equipment. The cheap thin plastic came undone and I specifically told the store clerk I DID NOT USE THE DOLLY. And I was charged an extra $21.00. That’s not right at all.
ANGEL RRV s fueling up with propane and other items near uhaul trucks blocking exit. Had to wait 20 minutes to leave. The exit area is too small for rvs and uhaul trucks trying to leave.
Willam CI was charged a $51 fuel fee for a 9 mile rental! This is criminal. Avoid this location at all cost!!!! And U-Haul has yet to resolve the issue 8 days later. Pathetic!
JAMES JI reserved a uhaul with a ramp to move heavy items. When I went to pick up the trailer I was given a trailer with bo ramp and the representative said this was the only trailer he had, I asked if the door lowers all the way to the ground he said yes. When I went to move the items I tried to lower door and found it did not lower to the ground and the chains were welded shut which would allow it to lower all the way. This made the move more difficult than it should have been. When I returned the trailer I found the trailer I had requested with ramp was parked in the lot. My reservation was changed from a trailer with ramp to a trailer with no ramp. I would not have rented a trailer had i known I would have this issue.

Beau Hi was over charged for Fuel. I put Fuel before i returned the truck in 5 minutes, but still i was charged extra for fuel.
EDDIE MTruck was on empty when I picked it up. There a reason for it to be on empty when I’m picking it up at a location that’s located in a gas station
David KDidn’t know I was supposed to park at the gas station. Parked right next to a couple trucks next door and after taking all my photos for Uhual’s documentation I was told to move the truck to a gas station pump. It added one more mile onto the odometer after I entered my odometer reading which worried me a bit. Otherwise no problems

DAVID CExtra equipment was not loaded into truck. Guy pointed to the equipment and said there it is. Every where else I have rented a haul it was loaded into the truck already. When I returned the truck. The lady was to busy to properly return the truck. Do better U Haul
JAMES WUhaul website said 99 cents per mile. The location charged me 1.29 per mile. They also made me fill up the tank of gas when I returned vehicle back to where it was when I took it which defeats the entire purpose of paying for mileage. Should either get unlimited miles and fill gas your self or pay for mileage and not have to fill up gas tank just an absolute scam of a place.

MICHAEL FI contacted Ricardo, at around 4:30 pm to let him know we are running late. He said that should be okay and we should not be getting charged for another day. In our final bill, I see we are charged for another day.

ARCHER CMake sure air conditioning in vehicle works. Temperature was 106 and ac did not cool.
