This location is a convenience store. Parking was limited and the area was somewhat confined. There was no signage about where to park the truck, and the one person behind the counter was taking care of a long line of customers. I found my way to the back of the store and there were other trucks parked there. I parked the truck there and after 10 minutes, while I was doing the on-line check in, an employee stopped by to let me know I needed to park the truck in front by the gas pumps. He was nice, but trying to figure out what to do once I arrived was challenging. The location needs better signage.

Mike CWe’ve never been charged for mileage before and didn’t realize that we were being charged for that until the return. We have an account with U-Haul because of a storage unit we rent monthly. So that was disappointing. But the overall service was great.
DAVID TEasy to return. The U-Haul facility was nice and clean. The staff was great and very friendly and knew the process very well. In fact the U-Haul app wasn't working well so they checked me in the old fashion way and sent me confirmation receipt confirming my return... I would come here again.. Also easy to get their trucks in and out of their facility for less experienced drivers who havent driven larger trucks before.

Anjanette BI was charged for dolly and I DID NOT use the equipment. The cheap thin plastic came undone and I specifically told the store clerk I DID NOT USE THE DOLLY. And I was charged an extra $21.00. That’s not right at all.
ANGEL RRV s fueling up with propane and other items near uhaul trucks blocking exit. Had to wait 20 minutes to leave. The exit area is too small for rvs and uhaul trucks trying to leave.
Willam CI was charged a $51 fuel fee for a 9 mile rental! This is criminal. Avoid this location at all cost!!!! And U-Haul has yet to resolve the issue 8 days later. Pathetic!
JAMES JI reserved a uhaul with a ramp to move heavy items. When I went to pick up the trailer I was given a trailer with bo ramp and the representative said this was the only trailer he had, I asked if the door lowers all the way to the ground he said yes. When I went to move the items I tried to lower door and found it did not lower to the ground and the chains were welded shut which would allow it to lower all the way. This made the move more difficult than it should have been. When I returned the trailer I found the trailer I had requested with ramp was parked in the lot. My reservation was changed from a trailer with ramp to a trailer with no ramp. I would not have rented a trailer had i known I would have this issue.

David KDidn’t know I was supposed to park at the gas station. Parked right next to a couple trucks next door and after taking all my photos for Uhual’s documentation I was told to move the truck to a gas station pump. It added one more mile onto the odometer after I entered my odometer reading which worried me a bit. Otherwise no problems
