Only comments are that even though I scheduled to pick the truck up at 10 a.m., I actually picked it up about 10:15. I returned it at 10:24 on Sunday and was charged a late fee for 9 minutes. We had bad storms and had to move trees to get out of the drive, which caused a delay. Additionally, when I booked online at a specific location I rejected all insurance. The location was changed by Uhaul due to the truck being at a different location. I noticed on my final bill that I was charged $45 for safe move coverage. I feel this was deceitful since I already elected out of all coverages. I did not review prior to paying because I had already elected out and Uhaul added that back when they changed locations. Otherwise, all was well and the service at the location was great.
