Darrel JWe reserved for 8:00am. Arrived at 7:55am went in when they opened at 8, the guy asked us what we needed and we told them we had a truck pick up for 8 he said rudely “ you know you can’t pick up trucks until 9:00”. I said no the uhual site did not alert me and allowed me to schedule 8:00 at his location. He stomped off to get it ready without another word but it was rude.
Colton WNothing, the actual store front and owner and the uhaul representative were all pretty helpful. Only complaint is the app check out and check in process was a bit complicated for a first time user. Might help to make sure customers know to watch the video because it’s actually essential to the process and make sure app is bug free. The app kept glitching on me when I tried to check in the vehicle and wouldn’t let me proceed through without calling customer service. The customer service rep was super sweet and listened to my issue. She helped a lot too.

Shawn SThe only issue was that one the straps (strap net that goes over the tire) was not functional. Besides that everything was great and the attention was excellent. After coming out of the store I couldn’t start my vehicle, the battery was dead do to cold weather I assume, and the person that attended me inside the store brought out a jumper to start the battery, since that didn’t work he pulled his truck and jumped my battery with his truck.

Justin GI’ve never seen worse customer service than I did this morning at the Red Barn Feed Store. I returned a trailer we rented and when I didn’t back it up into the precise space Bill (the owner) wanted, I got cussed out and was told I was “a sh*tty driver”. I responded that no other place would require a rental customer to back up a trailer either. (It was also not a straight back up…I had to back up around his truck, then around a corner and then off to another side where I thought he was pointing…but he was also behind the trailer so I actually couldn’t see what the heck he was doing). After another line of insults from the old man, I asked him if he treats all his customers like this. And that when he said ”get the fu*k out of here”. I literally said two sentences to this guy. The entire transaction was him having a fit. What a disappointment.

Louis GI had ordered an appliance dolly and 2 dozen pads. They had neither. A regular dolly and 1 pad. The owner basically took a copy of my license and debit card. I wasn't asked to sign anything, was given no paperwork or a copy of the contract. While I appreciate the brevity of picking up my truck , from previous rentals I don't think everything was done per uhaul standards. Won't use this location again.

Conda RThis is a feed store which is fine but it really stinks. For that reason we will choose another location next time. People were very friendly. It is just the horrible smell in the office.

Russull DThe online rental allows one to select things that upon arrival the selected location does not have. When we got there we found out the appliance dolly that we rented was not available and this was a huge impact to our ability to move large, heavy appliances. There needs to be some sort of way for locations to update what they have so that customers do not waste time and money and have their moving plans upended at the last moment.

Alice HI know it was early morning and may have been the first one there...maybe smile and a good morning...not just oh what aee you looking for...I know its a pet store also but friendliness goes a long way...also got charged extra for going over a few miles even thou i filled the tank more than it was given to me
