Just avoid this location. The equipment was in horrible condition and borderline unsafe to drive. The cab of the truck smelled like rotten animal feed and moldy hay (think chicken coupe). The mirrors and seat were not adjustable, the tires and front end were so worn out that the truck was all over the road, it was a horrible experience over all. Spend the extra $60 and go to Penske.
Robert MENSURE THAT THE CORRECT KEY IS IN THE LOCK BOX. THE RENTAL TRUCK WE WERE STUCK WITH GETTING WAS VERY DIRTY AND HAD LOTS OF SCRATCHES ON THE OUTSIDE. THE ORIGINAL RENTAL TRUCK WAS CLEAN AND IT WAS A LITTLE UPSETTING TO HAVE THE WRONG KEY IN THE LOCK BOX.
