Uneven Unpaved road and parking too. Too far to park at the end about 500 meter (I think) from the office. dust around when the truckers moving around. Good things you posted them to guid us to park appropriately and drop the key into mailbox. Thank you.

Benard nMade arrangements two weeks in advance to pickup the truck close to where I live. Received a call a day before that my pickup has now changed. Very inconvenient, had to change all my plans for the day. Should honour my original pickup location, that’s why I made reservation.

Jacob CCustomer Service department needs to communicate any changes in drop off location to local business faster. When I arrived they said they didn't really have room for the trailer but took it anyway.
Mike DOverall experience was very good. Service representative was very friendly and helpful. Location was very handy to far NE area and had the equipment I required. The only suggestion I would make involves the location lookup on the main company website. When searching locations with the trailer I needed, this location did not show when searching Calgary. This is a major issue, as this would have added over an hour of travel and gas for me on pickup and drop off days having to go to a location in another quadrant. Once I found this location, it was only a 10 minute drive to pick up. Please fix the website search function.

Jamie SThe signs indicating where to drop off the truck were very confusing and badly written English. The office was very run down and sketchy.
Sarah WI had originally selected a different dropoff location to return the truck to when I made the booking. The morning of the return, I happen to check the UHaul app and I noticed that the dropoff location was changed on me. This led to some confusion on my part as I was not notified of the change, and I wasn't sure why this happened as there was no explanation given. The new dropoff location was a big rough graveled yard with mostly semi trailers, semi tractors and other heavy equipment stored there. The entrance was gated with no mechanism or intercom to talk to anyone to open the gate. Thankfully there happened to be a trucker coming into the yard ahead of us and that driver somehow opened the gate and we were able to drive through. Otherwise we would have been stuck at the gate until someone came along to open it. The spot where I was to drop off the Uhaul truck was at the far end of the yard and quite was a fair distance back to the office. So needless to say, I wasn't too happy with this dropoff location. The Uhaul rep at that site was nice and helpful, so I have no issue with the service he gave me. Just the yard itself was not the best.

Kameshkumar PI think everything is fine, but when you have to reverse the truck into the parking spot, it becomes very difficult because there are trucks parked on both sides, and it’s hard to park in between them. The office says that it has to be parked the same way as before. If the parking is not the same, they will charge you. And the truck has to be parked by backing in. Thanks.

Bachinobi UThe truck was dirty and not well maintained. While driving, the steering consistently pulled to the left, the braking performance was unacceptable, and the passenger-side door did not close properly. These issues raise concerns about vehicle safety and upkeep.

Lionel MI spent approximately one hour trying to pick up my reserved truck due to a system malfunction or outage. Even though I had signed up for mobile pickup, which is advertised as the quickest and most convenient option, the system was non-operational, forcing me to repeatedly go inside and talk to the clerk. The physical location compounded this issue significantly. The lot is huge, and the distance between the office and the U-Haul truck parking area is at least 500m. I had to drive back and forth three different times because of a combination of errors: first, the truck assigned to me was the wrong size (26' instead of the reserved 20'), and second, the correct 20' truck was not in the designated spot, all while the app/system was down. I witnessed about three other customers experiencing the exact same technical difficulties while I was there. Although the personnel were kind and gentle, the site itself—including the office—felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Furthermore, there is no clear signage indicating where customers should park their personal vehicles, especially thinking that the whole yard is a Truck parking lot with lots of traffic. The overall experience was severely hampered by operational issues and poor site management.

Patrick MThe guy who was there informed me after arriving he could not help get trailer on hitch due to heart condition so I had to leave and go find someone to help so instead of picking up at 9 I didn’t pick up tell noon then had to deal with the tire leaking air and having to put air in the tire multiple times. I returned the h it the next day (instead of 2 days as originally booked) due to the tire and being inconvenienced with that when I dropped it off I was still charged the second day even though it was there prior to noon the guy said it’s based on 24 hour cycle which I didn’t even pick it up and get out of there tell noon the day before due to the uhaul employee. The location was dirty and hard to find no communication with employee I would never recommend that location and due to the condition of the tire and trailer would not recommend uhaul to anyone

Sean SFirst, I had booked 26 feet truck and was given 20 feet truck. Second, the location is bit remote and has about 1 KM of gravel road to reach. Third, the rental office is close to main gate but the trucks are parked way end of the parking lot which is mostly full of 40 feet trailers and trucks.. If someone wants to pick up from closer location its good, but definitely not much convenient.
