The refer dolly had spiders on it and it was about 20 years old , and no pads were available for my move I had to go to 2 other locations and spend over 2 hours looking for them, the worst experience ever never us U-Haul again

Ronnie SI live 2 and a 1/2 hours away from the city my car over heated and broke down and rented a tow dolly from this location on a Saturday, I was told that I need to return the tow dolly on Monday by 10am back to this location or else it will consider an extra day , I call in sick and return the tow dolly , I was told by a different sales person that I could of drop it off to ant uhaul in my town... you can do better by training these 3rd party vendors .. wasted $170 in gas and miss work all due to poor communications, it's brand damaging due to lack of training and lack of communication
