The receipt is not very explained and the print is very small not able to enlarge. Charged for fuel?? We paid for fuel at the gas station.

Shanesha WApp was not working on site. Left equipment on Sunday, Noone on site which was fine but, I never received any text or call Monday. 8 had to call. Original contract indicated 29.95 for the extra day. I was charged 60 and the invoice never stated why the difference. This may have been uhauls fault but text or call from the location owner would have been considerate.

Terry TThe truck itself was a piece of shit. It was cleaned up a little bit, but still a little bit dusty inside, but that’s not a big deal. There was issues with the steering and the brakes. The motor didn’t have no power but that’s not surprised because of Ford. The ramp tried to kill me and they forgot a handtruck.

OTIS GOnline Truck return procedure was horrible. Website extremely slow. Failed numerous times and I had to start over. It took me at least an hour if not more. I had to at one point let the person that followed me there take me home then I went back and completed the return. I do not recommend using website to return a vehicle.

ALLEN PCharged me for 2 gallons of gas….even tho i returned it same amount of gas that was in it when i rented it out……..very unnecessary and want my card credited for the amount to be returned
