Terry TThe truck itself was a piece of shit. It was cleaned up a little bit, but still a little bit dusty inside, but that’s not a big deal. There was issues with the steering and the brakes. The motor didn’t have no power but that’s not surprised because of Ford. The ramp tried to kill me and they forgot a handtruck.

OTIS GOnline Truck return procedure was horrible. Website extremely slow. Failed numerous times and I had to start over. It took me at least an hour if not more. I had to at one point let the person that followed me there take me home then I went back and completed the return. I do not recommend using website to return a vehicle.

ALLEN PCharged me for 2 gallons of gas….even tho i returned it same amount of gas that was in it when i rented it out……..very unnecessary and want my card credited for the amount to be returned

Dominique RI can't recommend Uhaul. The cost to rent a the truck is ridiculous. I feel that $19.95 advertising is very misleading. I ended up paying over $100.

WENDY CPulled in manager came right out the door and had me cut the engine and he proceeded to unhook with zero problems. Less than 10 minutes.
LARRY NI returned after 15 minutes due to a call someone telling me that the trailer wasn’t needed. I ask for half the cost back die to not using and returning in 15 minutes and the man just looked at me

However Tim sent me an email introducing himself and just reaching out to offer any assistance that he could. I thought that was very professional, which is why this location earned an excellent rating from me!
