After no calls, I went, believing my pickup site was correct. The single lady said your trailer was at another location. Your company does not guarantee help to lift and attach a trailer, especially at $800 in rental fees. Less sales crap online, more phone help, and less texting would be a start. In 10 years of using UHaul, the customer is now taken for granted! Your contract did not include the name or location of UHaul in Del Norte, CO Many UHaul sites have quit UHaul plus no help but A woman to write the contract.
FRED LTruck and trailer were in fantastic shape and completed our move without any issues. Friendly staff and very helpful.

JOHN COnline and when I called uhaul they said location was open at 730 yet the location did not. And opened at 8AM was a big inconvenience
COREY SDon’t send me to a place that closes at 2 pm for a 3 pm pickup, have all of items I asked for in the truck. For instance, I requested and paid for a FURNITURE DOLLIE, instead the truck contained a hand truck. I specifically asked for a furniture dolly because I already have a hand truck and I really needed the furniture dollie but since they were closed at 2 pm when I picked up the truck I was out of luck. Making it MUCH more difficult to load heavy furniture.

I have rented from these guys for years, twice a month for six months for local deliveries and have nothing, but a Great outcome everytime. I wish these guys the best in their new location.

CLEMENT EMy comment is not directed toward the rental location. After hours return was very confusing because UHaul app is not user friendly. Finally gave up in hopes return location was able to see equipment was returned and checked in
DANA LI am not sure why I received a call the day after I returned the trailer (Saturday) from a number I did not recognize asking if I was planning on returning the trailer, seemed odd to me. I returned the trailer the same day I picked it up.

GARY HTruck was filthy, interior gross. Bad attitude, did not have the pads o ordered and said it was not ordered. Luckily the UHaul at the Chevron nearby helped me. They were super nice looked up my account saw I ordered the pads and provided them to me. Super helpful super nice. Regional Manager also super nice and helpful when I filed a complaint. Because of these two I will use Uhaul again and recommend Uhaul to my friends.

VICKI PWe were suppose to check our a check for a particular Friday, and then again a 1 day rental on Sunday. Upon checking it out, they establish said they had an emergency, and just keep the truck till Sunday. Guaranteed all paperwork would be straightened. When I got my charge, it was all wrong. Upon calling 520.625.1037, they had no idea what happened, or how to correct it, and they just gave me a 1.800 number. I will not go back to this location again. My contract number was 95947732
Scott DI have rented from various U-Haul locations and have never had a bad experience, but this rental was absolutely the best!! Jay was so very helpful and the transaction was very easy.
MARY RI received a text on Saturday saying someone from uhaul was going to call to explain the mobile.pick-up procedure. By 4:30pm, nobody had called me, so I called the number in the text. The person sent me a link for a video tutorial on picking it up. When I got to the location I wasn't able to follow the tutorial because there wasn't a dashboard option to use for "pick up my rental". I ended up sitting in the parking lot of the location for about 1.5 hours while I was on hold with customer service, transferred to the 24/7 truck line, on hold for 23 minutes, hung up on due to "technical issues", put back on hold for another 30 minutes, only to discover that the reservation hadn't been made available as mobile.check-in. it was definitely less than ideal.

matt mI had been given an old address initially and didn't notice the one on the contract was different. We found it but it was a bit confusing.
John AI drove into the "rental return" area with my RV towing a 5x8 trailer. Was told I had to back the trailer into the back of the narrow yard. No room to turn around. In record breaking heat, I had to unhitch the trailer and hand roll it back into the end of the lot. The attendant apologized; said he didn't know it was a small trailer that could be moved by hand. I'm nearly 80 years old and didn't appreciate the extra work.

beatriz aRental Drop off Location was excellent, accommodating and redeemed a bit what was an overall nightmare rental experience. The need for Corporate U-Haul at the last minute to change us from a 26 foot truck we had agreed to a 20 foot truck and 10 foot trailer caused safety issues, extra expense, increased difficulty unloading and returning. Thankfully the representative at the Rental Drop off was able to accommodate our return at Green Valley which released a great deal of stress. They were very professional and dedicated to providing a positive ending to an otherwise horrible rental experience. U-Haul is fortunate to have this representative at the drop off. We look forward to Corporate contacting us to reimburse us for our additional expenses and mitigate this overall negative experience.
