I dropped off the truck after U-Haul roadside assistance sent Hendrickson towing to come look at the truck at 12pm after I waited 90 minutes for their arrival..The 10' U-Haul had mechanical problems last night that caused it not to start....We tried over and over so we could get the truck out of the way that was blocking my landlords garage door..Thankfully it finally started, butI instantly stalled unless stepping on gas..It then went through the systemic problem over and over..When the mechanics came, they couldn't see why it had problems but the truck clearly isn't well maintained..It's beat up and wasn't that clean as it should be, but left that alone and marked off on it was ok...There were dents all over vehicle from prior usage, and wasn't running great the whole time till it stalled..I went 26 miles and left it with a full tank of gas and the manager wasn't there when I dropped off truck, so the receptionist girl said to just leave the key on the counter... This is the receipt I just got in my email..I want to be refunded for the gas charge and any other charges he tacked on because that's how he has it set up..His car was there, but girl said he wasn't.. probably so customer can't defend themselves about overinflating charges on your credit card when returning it...Your a sitting duck..He's a crook!!.. Here's my photo and receipt..I'm calling my bank in the morning if it's not credited..EVERY single time I use U-Haul there's a big problem with the truck, customer service screwing up reservation..One time it was 5 serious mistskes on the same reservation..Wring date, time, location etc..This is a terrible business service..I will not use or recommend U-Haul..Thus was the last straw!! TRUST ME! Donna Serpico till 12pm for U-Haul to send someone to come look at the truck..He could not figure out by replicating it but said customers sometimes put water in to replace gas and causes destruction if the vehicles..NOT my problem but obviously this is how they compensate themselves by targeting innocent customers sending them out in unmaintained trucks!! Mechanics documented everything in dashboard and they know I did too..When I left my house 2 miles from them it was a hair away from full! Rhinos lining documented on my receipt thst he emailed showing 3/4 of a tank!! NOT tolerating criminals!! Charges for 2.5 gallons of gas at $5 a gallon plus more environmental fees and taxes ..No credit for the inconveniences I endure of 4 hours waiting for mechanics or being stuck outside in the cold last night trying to get the piece of garbage to start to move out to a safe area!!
Donna SerpicoWas charge for additional fuel even though I put fuel in the vehicle. I only drove less than 12 miles and I took pictures of the mileage and fuel level before and after. I will be disputing this charge if its not resolved soon!!!

Roy ZukowskiYour advertisements are outright LIES. what faces potential customers implies that the vehicle can be rented for under $20, yet 0 customers ever rent that vehicle for that as their total cost of rental; it's only the initial fee. Honest advertising would disclose the average actual final, total, all-inclusive cost to rent it as the largest & most obvious number on every advertisement. The insurance you give the hard sell for right away almost doubles the cost. It's not until I'm already placing the order that you reveal that there's a "per mile" fee IN ADDITION TO needing to refill the gas tank or pay a ridiculous fee per-gallon. Demanding BOTH fees is highway robbery! It's also not large & absolutely, unmissably obvious before I filled in how much time I need it for that there's a large fee (exactly how much?) if I take 1 minute longer, I only saw that after the fact. I originally placed my reservation on a smartphone, there was one agreement in the process that I was required to open, read, & agree to, but the text was all too small to read & impossible to zoom in on. I requested a print copy of it from the people who gave me the keys, but I'm pretty sure none of the papers they gave me were exactly that one. I remember the words "drive defensively" or "defensive driving", some variant of that were barely big enough to read. There was no option to download a pdf version that I could find. The dimensions listed for the interior capacity are also lies, the width listed does NOT include the intrusion of the wheel wells. If I had a single, rigid, rectangular object of the dimensions you specify & it wouldn't fit in the back, YOU ARE A Liar! All liars must go to hell & burn forever. This experience has completely destroyed any trust in your company - I will never do business with you again unless I have exhausted all other options & have no other choice, & will share these atrocities with any who mention an intent to use your service.

sal romeoThe alternator light was on, the truck did not come with a ramp surprisingly, the door we’re not fully closed, there was constant wind seeming to rush in through the window while driving. Would not recommend at all. It made the move very difficult
