I booked a truck first and when I went there I was told I could not drop is off where I am travelling because the truck belongs to the local dealer. The shop owner booked me a different available truck which is smaller than what I needed but I was still okay because I did not have to drive it back to the same place I picked up from. I called the Richie dr. before goind to the drop off place and they told me again I can return anywhere. When I finnaly went to return the truck to a different Uhaul they told me I could not do it and have to return back to the original place to avoide pay 260$ fine. That was very dissapoiting and made ma upset because I booked this smaller truck just so I can return it anywhere. I drove back and paid extra for milage and consumed a lot of my time.
Chaminda RThey waited till the next day to close out my contract, lucky I didn't have to pay for an extra day. Also, they didn't put two and two together and realize there's no way I would have driven 1,200 miles in a 26 ft U-Haul when I was only renting it for a day. Again I didn't catch it on the contract but they ended up charging me $1,100 more because of the mileage mistake.
Dean WTruck had trash in the cab, there were panes of glass behind the sit. The dolly in the back was not strapped down and was rolling around. The truck had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel when I picked the truck up. Overall less than desirable experience.
