I didn’t like being charged for mileage and gas when I wasn’t even able to get the truck size that I reserved. Especially when it was not my fault. Not a good look U-Haul!!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot much good service
yadira gVery smooth experince picking up and dropping of trailer.
STEPHEN SI booked a truck first and when I went there I was told I could not drop is off where I am travelling because the truck belongs to the local dealer. The shop owner booked me a different available truck which is smaller than what I needed but I was still okay because I did not have to drive it back to the same place I picked up from. I called the Richie dr. before goind to the drop off place and they told me again I can return anywhere. When I finnaly went to return the truck to a different Uhaul they told me I could not do it and have to return back to the original place to avoide pay 260$ fine. That was very dissapoiting and made ma upset because I booked this smaller truck just so I can return it anywhere. I drove back and paid extra for milage and consumed a lot of my time.
Chaminda RThey waited till the next day to close out my contract, lucky I didn't have to pay for an extra day. Also, they didn't put two and two together and realize there's no way I would have driven 1,200 miles in a 26 ft U-Haul when I was only renting it for a day. Again I didn't catch it on the contract but they ended up charging me $1,100 more because of the mileage mistake.
