Brianna WSince I got a call wanting to know why I gave him bad ratings... At Pickup truck showed 159 miles to empty with 12491.5 miles At Return truck showed 168 miles to empty with 12754.7 miles Supposed to return the truck with the same amount of gas as it had on pickup. I was charged 10.00 for 2 gallons of gas when it had more gas at return than it did at pickup. I have pictures to prove this. The return lot was not the address where U-Haul sent me but a empty lot off site. I called to ask why I was being charged and was told it was done and they could do nothing about it.

James Bmake sure gas is full in truck i had to put 58.00 of fuel in truck after pick up.

Mike DNot have a national outage that costs me a whole day, and leaves me short the time needed, as you had already rented the truck again for as soon as it was returned. Then, no discount, no nothing. Just, oh well, we suck at our webpage network so we can save money, and now that’s your problem Mr. Customer, you only got for 2 days now, so figure it out.

J SThis drop off was a joke. The location was supposed to be open until 5pm, and when I arrived at 4:40pm, it was already closed. Their gate was also closed and there wasn’t enough room to even turn around with the trailer attached. I had to blindly back into the road to leave to take it to an offsite drop location they put on a faded sign on the chain link gate blocking my entry. Although it was close, I had to drive to it, it was poorly marked, and was unstaffed. There was no indication where I should leave the trailer, and had there not been 2 other UHaul trucks there, I wouldn’t have even seen it from the road. Once I unhooked and got the quite heavy trailer off my hitch alone, the UHaul app couldn’t locate me for Geo positioning return checkin purposes. My settings were correct on my iPhone, so I had to call the 1-800 #. The first agent couldn’t help, but the second one did and was very patient and helpful. The whole experience was ridiculous and took over an hour and should have been maybe 15 minutes, tops. Very frustrating and disappointing…
Matthew DThis was the third time I have rented a uhaul from this location & it is always a pleasure. Mr. Richie is a sweet guy & very professional. I attend a local university which is 4 hours away from my hometown so I have to keep my things in storage over breaks. I never have a hard time renting from here & it is very convenient. Highly recommend for any students attending Morehead that’s hometown is far. It’s in walking distance from the campus & makes moving out super convenient.

kenneth hWe love that the pickup location is so easy to get to. The people there are so nice and friendly. They make the process of renting a uhaul so easy and if there is a problem with the uhaul they are quick to fix the problem. We would never rent a uhaul anywhere else as long as this location is open and has the size uhaul we need. We trust them 100%

Hannah SThe worker in the “Uhaul office” was extremely rude to my husband and I when we asked where the uhauls were located because the website was lagging. We have never been talked to so rudely for no reason at all. Would not recommend getting your Uhaul at this location!
