It wasn't about the location. It's about the business. The people we dealt with were excellent. The biggest issue was that your app, although a great idea and very helpful needed tool it was not user friendly and very clunky. We had to try multiple times to get it to function and there was such a delay in updating info or responses. We had to call customer service every time. Unfortunately by the time we reach a live person we are frustrated and angry because we are exhausted, overheating and starving. Also we were told once the agent estimated our miles that Uhaul generously gives extra miles but we somehow went over without ever veering from our path. The absolute biggest turn off was that Uhaul forced us to use their contraced company at $200 to open the truck when we locked the key inside and after a very long day we had to wait almost 2hrs for someone to help us which made unloading a late night. I'm not sure I would recommend Uhaul if there are other options but thanks anyway.

Edward MThere was a person there to help with the pick of the enclosed trailer. I prefer to speak with someone when renting things so if there are questions to be asked I can. He was helpful and got me in and out of there quickly.

As a business owner myself i understand how the demand for customers can be, he absolutely needed some assistance. Great job!!! William KWhat is the point of making a reservation if the equipment I reserved is not going to be at the location I reserved it for? Then I receive a call the day before my move telling me that the equipment I reserved will not be there and that I needed to go to a different location and use a car hauler that will cost me twenty more dollars then the car dolly that I reserved? This was not good planning on U-hauls part. I feel like a refund of some amount is in order.

Cheryl MMy hub fell off leaving me and my 10 year old son on the side of a Busy hwy in 90°+ weather over 120mins. I will never use Uhaul again. Take Finest and safest off your trucks. You failed to hold your end of the agreement arranged after having to swap trailer. We wont talk about damaged cargo due to your movers uHaul hired.

miles cSince the pick up location isnt open after noon on Saturday or at all on Sunday I was forced to pick the trailer up a day early but still had to turn it in 6 days later 2,000 miles away. I think I should have been given an extra day if I had to pick it up a day early. Drop off location was great.

RAUL PI did the check-in at night and after hours. The area is not well lit so it was hard to determine where to drop off the trailer.
Eugene RThis location is excellent. The Star Valley Storage location was terrible. Do not recommend or work with them in the future, if at all possible. None of the after hours phone numbers worked or replied. I had to back the trailer (uphill) onto a busy, fast MPH highway when the facility was not open or responding. Only use the rim country self storage location moving forward.

Patricia MManager lied to me. I was told the Uhaul website and phone system was down for 3 days and that was the reason no one answered the phone for 2 days. Corporate told me the Manager was not in the office. I would rather be told the truth than lied to.
PAUL Cnice rental.. owner had trouble accessing uhaul corporate site to provide a recpt. no worries but it was a good rental and i'd rent from them again.
Tim HThe CSR I dealt with was very negative about UHaul in general. Said they were greedy and money hungry. The truck I drove was in very poor condition. Had 154000 miles. Lots of body damage and exhaust leak and the steering was terrible. Didn’t have a choice but to drive it. Will not rent from U-Haul for my Michigan move in Sept. because of quality of equipment and outrageous prices.

MICHAEL WUpon arrival I was met by the employee, he directed me where to park the trailer and disconnect it. Also, he was a dedicated employee.
RICKY WWhen the unit was dropped off, the receiver was informed of the issue with the running lights but didn’t address the issue or refer us to his manager. The problem wasn’t documented, addressed or resolved. I spoke with a customer service rep who basically told me that someone from U-Haul would contact me within 72 hours but likely would not do anything to help because the incident wasn’t documented. I found that odd because as a customer, the only thing I can do is report it. If nobody documents it, how would that be my fault? If I rent equipment, my expectation is that it works. If it doesn’t, then I believe it’s reasonable that a discount or credit should apply. I’m disappointed that I rented equipment that was not fully operational and that it’s not being properly addressed, which just compounds my frustration.
LISA TI always use this location when needing to rent a Uhaul. I don't remember the office managers name, but he was friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is great and makes the process very pleasant, thank you.

BRUCE WHad to wait 45 minutes to pickup because computer connection to Uhaul was not working. Could not do any paperwork without computer. I had people lined up to help us move and lost that time thru no fault of the office manager.
JOANNE VOvercharged me and told me I drove 200+ miles when I drove 150+ plus charged me a $300 deposit hold for not having a physical card when I called them, they said they accidentally put $100 extra on the deposit so now I have $598 charge on my card for U-Haul
