This location was terrible. They did not inspect the trailer before hand and was trying to give me a trailer with tires with multiple bald spots on two of the tires and all the tires had no tread and they were saying i would have to drive about two hours to get a different trailer. The owner of the establishment was not picking up his phone, the employee that was working could not a get a hold of the owner. Unnecessary time was wasted. Terrible customer service. I will not recommend this location to anyone.Sabrina B.

I am not sure if this is common but the U-Hual can barely make it up a small hill with clean roads. When it snowed the U-Hual couldn't do it and i had to cancel the move.Victor F.

We had confirmation for zip code 51108, got there, no reservation so called, had 2 go to zip 51106, truck ran like it was struggling, like fuel filter plugged. I put that I wouldnt recommend the location as we went to the one on our print out & took 4ever 2 get someone on phone 2 tell us 2 go 2 another. Very aggravating!Sharyn V.

The cashier decided to take a phone call and check her snapchat while in the process of trying to ring me up. No bother if I were in a hurry or anything and there were people waiting behind me. The truck was dirty and the blankets and dolly were already opened and used. I got charged for them even though we did not use them. There was trash and a baseball cap in the cab of the truck and it smelt like an ashtray. The truck ran like crap. The transmission would stick on every single gear even when empty and then lunge forward when it did switch.Shanae G.

Trucks should be at full tanks when customer receives. I received truck a little less than 1/2 tank and I returned it above half tank. I feel like I should be reimbursed the extra gas. This is a quick way for a company to gain off of miscalculated gas. Don't understand how a truck should ever be given without a full tank. Poor business modelBrian R.

I personally did everything mobile and had no issues with the reservation, pick up and drop off through their website. When I did find my truck it was completely covered and surrounded by snow due to a recent blizzard but I went to one of their side locations at a laundry mat. Almost got upset but I wouldn't expect the older lady at the laundry mat to be expected to shovel the trucks out. Everything with the truck worked well besides it drove super rough even driving around this city's potholes. Can tell there is not any maintenance on trucks when returned everytime like usual car rentals. Other than that I'd still recommend U-haul next time I move.Chyanne S.

What I rented was not there. Their website is not updated - I expected a pickup truck and got a small moving truck. Didn't have time to go to another location. When I expressed frustration to the women working - it fell on deaf ears. When I showed her the website still allowed me to rent a pick up truck from her location even though she said they hadn't had them for a couple of months - her response was that she didn't have anything to do with the website.Melinda D.

My wife and I had already reserved a small trailer at a different location. The day before we were to pick it up, we received a phone call telling us they didn't have one but the other location did. Okay. We go to the River City Laundry/U-Haul location and the lady who helped us was very good. However, the trailer had a damaged power strip. She replaced that but a rear light was not working. She called the franchise store up the street and got a hold of Mike Agnew, an Area Field Manager, who promptly saved U-Haul's reputation. We promptly took the trailer up there and he immediately went to work on it. I can't say enough about this manager! He fixed all the problems and got us on the road in less than half an hour. He gave us his card if we ran into any other problems. This is a textbook example of customer service done correctly!scott B.

I was charged twice for a three hour rental truck! When I asked the rep what the second charge was for she said she didn't know what the charge was for or why I would have been charged a second time. Issue has yet to be resolved!Bridgette V.

This is a laundry mat. Poor girl did her best, but had never checked in a one way truck, had issues with the website not loading,etc. Not sure why we were told to go here and not the full service U Haul 1 mile down the road. I don't want this to reflect poorly on the young woman helping us.cheri S.

I was not sure about the rates of the 24 hour rental agreement. I was charged duplicate for both days. I was under the impression that I was going to be charged a one time fee for both days of the rental truck. I feel that uhaul companies should explain to the customer the exact amount they are going to be charged before signing the rental agreement.Lynda H.
