My problems was not with the pickup or the drop off location so much. My problems was with the request of switching my day of pick for the truck. When doing so my information got switched that was not suppose to happen. Also, I thought they had put the truck in for unlimited miles since I said I had to make a few stops to pick my stuff up and that didn't happen. This was a big disappointment. I will not be using Uhaul again I spent more than was plan for this and to me this was not something that should have happen.Salihah G.

Truck was dirty, very unfriendly. Charged me for amequipment dolly which was not provided. The lady told me I was not billed. But she did. Then told me it was up to me to go around to locate a uhaul place that had a dolly. I finally found a place that had a dolly. I was helped by the East Carolina Mini Storage who helped me and explained to me that I had been billed and fixed the issue.Jacob S.

I was a bit late picking up the truck but called a dead told to come by away that she would still be there. They did not do a walk around the truck with me. I found a crack in the windshield the next day that I was not initially made aware. Also I was told over the phone when I called to inquire about cost that I would be given a 10% discount which once I set the reservation was not applied nor even notated on the reservation. They only price match. I contacted the area supervisor and explained to him what I was told. He honored the discount but told me that they don't offer them because they were going to be the least expensive option for truck rentals. I agree they are the least expensive option however you are given very little room for error with mileage, especially when I was given a drop off location that was 13 miles away from my storage unit.MATTHEW M.

the store sent me out in a vehicle with a blown tire and the other tire in the tandem was without tread. VERY UNSAFE.Charles H.
My reservation was at 9:00AM, when the place was supposed to be open. Nobody showed up. At 9:45AM, I ran out of time, and had to try somewhere else. I couldn't find another dealer with availability. I called and left a voicemail, twice, and they never bothered to return my call. If you are looking for a U-Haul, you might want to try somewhere closer in town, at a more reputable establishment. They don't need your money, must be nice.Jessica H.

Why not have all trucks filled with gas when the customer picks up? Then the customer just refills the tank and turns in truck. My tank was around 3/4 full when picked up. Had to guess how much fuel I needed to get back to 3/4.ROBERT M.

Location was fine however Uhaul in general was very disappointing. Rented a 14ft truck online but when we got to the location, there wasn't one. The location we chose was 5 min from our move location. We were redirected to a location 30 mins away with a 10ft truck. In essence, we received a smaller truck which required more trips. At $1 per mile combining multiple trips and farther pickup & drop off location, we had to spend double on the mileage. Will chose another provider in the future.Stephanie J.

My problem was not with the location but with U-Haul overall. We did not find out until less than 24 hours before the move that we had to drive 90 miles round trip to get a truck and could not get it until 9am. We were put hours behind and I had to pay the movers anyway.MARY W.
