I was charged $10 for 12 blankets but there was none in the truck when I went to pick the truck. Kindly refund me the amount of $10.

When I got there there wasn’t anyone to help me for the first 30 minutes until a mechanic said he also handled uhaul drop offs. The representatives on the phone completely lack training and have no idea how to respond to customer’s questions.
