The truck was almost empty i had to drive over 50 miles, I expected to pick up a full truck. My reservation was changed for pickup and drop off. The lock for the lock box was broken to get the key. The truck front window is being held on with tape. When I returned the truck just under the fuel mark yall wanted to charge 60 dollars when it only cost me 9 dollars to get it back up to that mark. The service manager e as not helpful at all when I called about the truck being empty. I will be calling Monday to speak to corporate or someone that can make this right. It took me 30 mins just to get the key out of th3 box. And I missed helping get my god daughter ready from prom due to that.

Overall, the rental experience was fine, and the location is convenient. Our trailer appeared to be old, with faded/damaged graphics, and it was dusty inside and out. One of the LED marker lights wasn’t working, but all of the main lights were functional. We had no problems towing with it. The latch on the roll-up door is worn, requiring a person to push the bottom door panel in to latch it. So it’s just a bit worn out overall and needs a refresh.

JACK SMention on the website that in order to talk with someone about renting a U-Haul in this location, that they need to go inside the hardware store to speak with someone. I was lost for a bit since there was no U-Haul store front. Also the price in store was double than when I did it in online. Maybe have a way to price match in store so your not doing the process multiple times.

Julian REasy fast rental,I love it ... the opportunity is w p old like fixed i got charged for 58 miles one way my one way was 55 but to take the the truck to return location it added about 4 miles more and I got charged for the additional miles
EDENILSON CWas very frustrating having a location that didn't;t carry any tools to help the process. Had a Uhaul Hitch and ball set up that was a smaller fit into hitch housing. I had brought another set up and we couldn't put it on due to location not having any tools to help with...Was very irritating every time I hit a bump as it rattled the whole car.
