Mention on the website that in order to talk with someone about renting a U-Haul in this location, that they need to go inside the hardware store to speak with someone. I was lost for a bit since there was no U-Haul store front. Also the price in store was double than when I did it in online. Maybe have a way to price match in store so your not doing the process multiple times.

EDENILSON CWas very frustrating having a location that didn't;t carry any tools to help the process. Had a Uhaul Hitch and ball set up that was a smaller fit into hitch housing. I had brought another set up and we couldn't put it on due to location not having any tools to help with...Was very irritating every time I hit a bump as it rattled the whole car.
