U-Hauls are supposed to be cheaper when moving, if I would of know it was going to cost me 149 for one day and not even 80 miles there and back I wouldn't of rented onerandy T.

Please tend to your vehicles. Have equipment READY and positioned for pickup. Find a close by depot so the customer doesn't have to drive to 3 different locations just to get the equipment He/She may need. We are NEVER, going to use Uhaul to help us move AGAIN.Daniel M.
First Uhaul should try making sure they don't charge the wrong customer bogus fees. We had to call uhaul because the guy mistakenly charged our account for an added fuel charge and cleaning charge. Also, When we tried to drop off at 9am no one was there. We had to wait and the guy never showed. So we ended up being charged an after hours fee because we had to leave.. I will never rent from uhaul again and I'm going to tell everyone I know to rent from another provider. They do not list an after hours fee on there website. After being on the phone for an hour they finally refunded the cleaning charge and fuel charge because I had photos detailing this. They refused to remove the after hours fee. I will be posting to social media. Companies need to stop trying to get over with extra fees. Also, The guy at the Salem location did not speak English very well and had a hard time communicating, which is a whole other issue. Go somewhere else.Christian V.
