I give the rating I did based on the individual experience that I had with this UHAUL rental. With this experience, the man who was supposed to be helping me with picking up my rental was literally clueless about what he was doing! The truck I had ordered was there but the guy had nothing ready and it took nearly an hour for me to leave with my truck. During this hour of time, the guy repeatedly threw his hands up and yelled "I don't know!" and slammed his hands on his desk. In the end, he handed me the keys to the truck and said, "I don't know, I HOPE everything is right but here you go!" A separate experience at the same location (the rental was under my wife's name) with a different guy was a night and day difference! This guy knew what he was doing, had everything ready to go when I walked in the door and had me on my way in about 5 minutes! I should definitely be compensated for my first experience and would appreciate being contacted regarding this.

Ther people were rude and even ignored me st mmt first request of a Uhaul. I had reservations and still had to wait for someone to rent the uhaul to me. The tow system on the dash if the truck wouldn't turn off
