I was met in the parking lot and shown a spot to park the trailer. I thought that was great customer service, I apologize for not getting the young lady's name, however, she was wonderful.

Fabian J.When a guest reserves a U-Haul 2 weeks ahead of time make sure the guest can pickup at that location. Don't call 3 day's ahead of pickup date and make guest drive 90 minutes one way then back just to get the U-Haul. If that does happen U-Haul should be responsible to transfer the U-Haul to the right pickup location and not make the guest do it.
