Entire staff at Riverview Chevy was informed and helpful! They had everything ready and I was greeted by a gentleman with paperwork in hand ready to go! Awesome job guys! Checkout was quick and easy, the truck (nearly new) was ready for rental on my arrival. My only complaint is with the U-Haul checkout process using an app (or responding to a link) that required uploading photos before leaving. NOT EVERYONE USES THEIR PHONE FOR THIS KIND OF TRANSACTION! The gentleman helping me was able to get me on my way by using his phone for the required photos. THANK YOU!

Louis PThis location is not the issue. My drop off point was changed from winner SD to oacoma adding an hour and a half to my trip with no notifications that it changed other than looking up the drop off point and it was changed to oacoma
