Absolutely horrible. Unfriendly. Poor service, hostile. Combative, passive aggressive. I explained at pickup location i may need dolly an Xtra day. That turned out to be the case. As a result I and my "emergency contact" were hounded and harassed by drop off location. Their explanation? "We couldn't get ahold of you". When I dropped of unit they accused me of being two days late. It was actually short of a day. When I called them on their nonsense they said " my behavior was threatening". It all ended by the husband stating "if your payment doesn't go through, you'll never be able to rent here again". It was so ridiculous I couldn't believe it. I believe its the only uhaul location in the area. They act that way. Do not rent here unless there is absolutely no other alternative. To say disappointing is a massive understatement. Worst customer service experience of my life by far.Tracy L.

The dolly and blankets were not secured they had been used by the previous customer I didn't notice this until I got to my destination... I called their office and let them know hopefully I won't be charged for themKENNETH KNUTE L.
Very polite and helpful. Issued me a return for the missing dolly and pads. Informed me of a $50 credit I would be receiving, which she explained to me was from uhaul as a consolation for not having access to my truck when I should have. Someone needs to reevaluate that credit because I lost quite a bit more than $50 on this haphazard pickup.Amanda A.
If a reservation is made and confirmed, IT IS IMPERATIVE that the Customer is contacted if there is not a truck available. No one called me, I called to add a dollie and was asked if someone called me to advise no trucks. I then had to scramble at the last minute and ended up having to drive 40 minutes, through a Gorge, to get the truck. Completely unorganized and the customer service reps were dismissive as to the huge issue. And I was moving my parents 75 and 80 years old. It was a terrible experience. The truck itself was fine, along with the add ons, so thank you.STEVEN GEORGE R.

Suzanne at U-Haul Mesquite NV is a Superstar. After U-Haul corporate tried screwing me over on my rental reservation Suzanne saved the day. I appreciate all of her help in resolving the issue. I will also add that U-Haul corporate is apparently ran by the KeyStone Cops. What a joke U-haul corporate is. My warning to any future customers is to just beware that U-Haul corporate will change your reservation at the 11th hour. They could care less about the hardship they cause you. DO NOT get extra days. There is no refund for being a responsible human. Drop it off early? Cool...you go now and we'll keep your money. Next time I'll just go with the minimum and call in every day to extend. Its a terrible system that seems to want us to be selfish but ok.URSULA SONJA B.

Nothing. The location, personnel and equipment were all excellent. I don't see how it could be improved. The only thing I would say is that they overestimated the mileage distance between Mesquite Nevada and Monroe Georgia by 280 miles, which of course I paid for, and for which I am not entitled to a credit, according to U-Haul policy.Colin A.

the original trailer I rented had a faulty right tail light. the staff quickly got me another trailer but in the future it might be helpful for staff to test the trailer after it gets checked back in to avoid delays in the future.DONALD S.

The outside of the facility was trashy and filthy with no designated spaces for parking. I requested a furniture dolly with the reservation and it was not with my reservation when I picked up the truck. This facility is far below UHAUL standards.SUSAN ALDAN L.

The truck I rented had a starter problem. Tried for 20 min to get started at a gas station finally got started took load home and roped off again a half hour to get it started again. Not this location , location in Las Vegas off of Stephanie , absolute terrible experience. Went the day to pick up our trailer and they told us the guy never returned it so they didn't even have the respect to call us and let us know. No location in Las Vegas had a single trailer that we needed. We were leaving to Maryland the next day. We had to drive to mesquite to pick it up. Absolutely terrible experience. I work in a funeral home and that stuff would not fly in my industry.MARK ALAN B.
Had trailer spoken for and saved, nite before we called to make sure it would be ready for pickup the next day and they did not have a trailer for us. They had a small one in Albert lea, mn. Worked but now have to make another trip to mn to get the rest out of storage. Will use another carrier next time.Marie M.
