Neil MPersonnel stole personal contents left in the vehicle, and the staff took the items to their own private home minutes after the truck drop off. The Items were not returned the way they were found. The vape was found no longer functional.

KAAN BI rented a 5 x 10 trailer and it was not 5foot on the inside. It was only 52 inches wide and my mower wouldn’t fit. I had to go back and get a larger one . Very poor description! The owner was very nice about though

CHRISTOPHER BMy entire experience with this rental was terrible. I originally booked a truck at a location close to my home, but a U-Haul representative rebooked my reservation to a dealer 7 miles away and promised a $50 compensation for the inconvenience. Upon arrival, I discovered that I had been rebooked for the wrong truck, the promised compensation was denied, and the truck provided was very old. In addition, I had to spend an extra $30 on Uber transportation due to the location change. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
