Nichole WI made the reservation for pickup in Minot on Friday which was confirmed online before I left for my trip. Somebody called me on Thursday stating that my trailer that was reserved wouldn't be available as stated causing me to get a trailer on my way up to my destination ultimately causing me to pull a trailer up to Minot which caused me to cut my vacation short because the 5 day reservation started before I ever got to my destination. I say this is bullshit

JAMES DI was told that this site had a trailer that I needed to complete a job that was 70 miles away. I passed on renting a trailer in Great Falls because of what I was promised from Havre. When I arrived in Havre, I was told that there was no trailer like that was available there. I asked them why they told me they had a trailer there when they didn't. They had the most ridiculous answer. Very frustrating. The rental business is in a very dirty building and certainly not anybody's main concern there. The young man who checked me out was very apologetic and knew his way through the checkout process. The older man who I talked to and was lied to on the phone was a complete failure. In my opinion, this UHaul rental service should be removed from this location. I was between a rock and a hard place so I rented a trailer but would never rent from this location again. Shameful.

NEIL KThe guy who helped me get the truck was not super informative. He seemed difficult to understand and maybe like he also didn’t understand. The truck was nice and clean and worked great for our move though and the guy who checked the truck back in was nice and helpful.
KYLE SDon't allow rental of a 24ft truck if they won't be available. We rented a truck from u-haul only to not have it for day of our move. I don't trust their reservation system to have unit ready for moving day. It was not the local dealership issue it was u-haul corporation not having the logistics in place.
RANDALL GThe brakes were not correct they worked but acted like they were always on and the brakes lights were always on Traded a car dollie instead of car trailer and my son picked up so didn't know the discrepancy.

JOSEPH EThe kid working there put my hitch pin on my bumper and didn't tell me before I left so it was lost and now I have to buy another one. They could have offered to replace it. He didn't say he would charge to put the new hitch ball on until he was ready to do it. Not friendly nor helpful.
Peggy MDennis got us back on the road in a timely manner and was very friendly, unfortunately the first trailer we received was in such bad shape, it would’ve taken him a full day to repair… because the trailer we received WAS NOT INSPECTED BY ANY U-HAUL EMPLOYEE BEFORE WE GOT IT. we watched the customer return it to the parking lot and we were immediately instructed to hook up to the trailer that was just dropped off.

Curtis MThis location was very helpful. While hooking up the trailer, he noted that the receiving ball was installed upside down by a different Uhaul location. When we dropped off the trailer, he flipped it for us. No improvements needed at this location.
Sara SVery gruff man who called me in reference to the furniture blankets I thought I had purchased and not rented. He made it feel like I personally stole the blankets. He wanted me to travel 4 hours to my old house to get the blankets that I had left there for the 2nd moving trip. I ended up paying another $140 for the blankets. Awful service.
