The 24/7 app is a joke.the shop owner having a key was the only thing that hat saved us continuing the rental. Waiting over 20 minutes for approval on the app is ridiculous. It's callwd by a system with face recognition to compare the selfie and drivers license photo

No one called to tell me they weren't open on Saturday. So I show up at 9 a.m. to get a truck but no one was there. Didn't end up getting my truck until almost 12 p.m. because my reservation has to be switched to mobile24/7. Huge inconvenience. Ridiculous! I should have received a discount for the run around. They haven't even called to follow up after ask the voice mails I left.

We have used this location for a half a dozen or more moves over the past several years. Always friendly, they go the extra mile to make sure that everything is taken care of for you and the trucks/trailers are always clean and working well. I would recommend them to any parent moving children to and from college or onto adulting.

Ron was great and very helpful. A little more parking space would have been nice. And it would have been nice if you Haul would not have lost my return and freak me out by saying the trailer was missing. If you are stuck dealing with U Haul, I highly recommend Ron!

The windshield washers did not work, even though the fluid was full and unfrozen. There was a terrible rattle in the driver's door. Other than that it was fine.

I was unable to "share" the location, and my phone was running low. I took a picture of the truck's location and the dashboard. Was not able to complete the on line registration, called the next day and had the most wonderful guy on the phone stating it was fine, I only owed a little more and everything was checked off.

The 6X12 trailer had some type of residue on the floor. All of our furniture and items stained the carpet after being removed from the trailer and placed inside.

The issue was not with the location or truck, I have a huge issue with Uhaul corporate. I reserved a 26' truck 2.5 weeks ago and Uhaul rented it out 1 way a week prior so they bumped my reservation to another location with a 7 hour later and only emailed me to tell me 2 days prior. So I ended up having to drive 17 miles one way to a different location and received a 20' truck instead of what I reserved. Remember Uhaul charges by the mile. Horrible service and didn t receive a call, they just move your reservation around at will even if you have prior plans, the whole experience cost me in time and money a lot more than I planned. Very unprofessional!

When it rained in route the rain came through the upper part of the trucks door and ran down the seat belt; enough to soak my shirt.

Although the truck was broken, the equipment of dollies and other moving items were in good repair. Our truck was broken, however that was not a reflection of the location. Our poor experience was not a fault of Ron's.

When I arrived a day early to return the truck the person at the desk was on her phone. She told me that she didn't know that a truck was coming in. I showed her my paperwork and she didn't ask any questions. She didn't inspect the truck while I was there or anything. I know it was the end of the day for her, but a little better customer service would have been a more pleasant experience. There was nothing inside as I walked in the door indicating where to go. I just walked through the open door from the room I walked into from outside. I would recommend this location to anyone that just needed to rent a truck or other U-Haul equipment. In the future, you might want to show better customer service, thank the person for their patronage, etc.

Ron was very helpful but U-Haul's main site scheduled a pickup on Sunday when they were closed. I recommend pre rental maintenance checks for full operation of all vehicle functions. The truck had a problem with the AC shutting off when the accelerator was pressed. This resulted in no AC on the highway. We were driving to Florida from Ohio and it was 80 to 85 degrees at night which was miserable with the windows down. One other issue was a faint blinking red light indicating a parking brake release issue that would not go out or would go out and come on intermittently. This was very annoying at night while driving. The truck was also very hard on fuel.

Received call from Uhaul on 1/4/2016 asking if I had returned the trailer. I returned on 12/24/2015 at about 6:46 PM. I place the trailer across the street next to a large box truck and took three pictures of it. It had a California license. I placed the contract in the after hours drop off box.

I've always used uhaul for all my moves in the past. Never again.... This company that I dropped the truck off at said I was over 6 days late returning it... Not to mention I accidentally left my car keys in the truck and they wouldn't give them back until I came in to see about additional fees... They said I somehow went 20+ miles over the original miles given.... How does that happen when I drove from a to b and straight to drop the truck off???? . Never again am I going through this company, never am I paying for something that I didn't use. You can shove those charges.

our situation was really messed up and I think they got it straightened around - the only thing we still need is the refund for the equipment - the gas for running the vehicle for 6 hrs straight on side the highway to keep the kids and us from having heat stroke in 100 degree weather - and the hotel we needed because we had 1300 miles to go - and for the food we had buy since the trip took an extra day and a half
