I do not agree with being charged for 2 days. On the reservation I chose 6 hours. I picked the equipment up around 2:30 pm. They said they close at 6pm. They open back up at 9am the next morning so that’s when I returned it. I asked if I could return it after hours but didn’t hear clearly that I could drop it on the open lot. I didn’t think I could get back on the property when they were closed. I think this charge for an additional day needs to be taken off.

First off, the location was changed on us without notice. We went to the location we thought we booked at and they beyond rude. The location we ended picking up at was unorganized and almost sent us off with the wrong truck.
