Excellent service! We were waiting for a smaller truck, but it was late getting there, so the guy gave us a larger truck, for the same price. We were so grateful for that. We got to our destination on time, and were able to return it, within our 4 hour period. I will definitely use them, again, in the future, if I ever need another U Haul. The manager was extremely nice, too. I couldn't have asked for better service!

JEFFERY CI have been renting U Haul trucks & trailers from Roy's Enterprise for about 6 years now. I have never been disappointed with the service from them. Reservations are done quickly either in person or phone in. Always treated with courtesy & respect. I don't see much room for improvement at this location.
