There was no key available and I called customer service and the wait was over an hour, so I was stuck at 9pm in sketchy ass merced. I belive this is uhauls fault not the location. Several bad experiences in this one trip with uhaul. I had such a good experience about a year ago. Dont know how it went downhill so fast.
