I got there a little early since I elected to check-in via my app. When I got there, none of the furniture pads or the dolly were in the truck and ready for me, I had to wait a half hour for the place to open, and the staff didn't seem even remotely concerned with the fact that the truck wasn't prepped and ready at the time of my reservation.Jay L.

Second time I used them and inside and out side of both trucks were dirty. Had to clean inside of cargo box be for we could load. I would not use him again. The second truck made really bad noises inside of cab. Very bad experience. Truck in need of front end repairs, steering wheel vibrated and road walked.Billy R.

The man was loaded, which I notice is true in all your locations, not just this one. He indicated which dolly I should take and, with several other customers in the small waiting room, I got the distinct impression he was not coming out to help me and I was done with him. I went out, pulled the dolly to my truck, hitched and chained it before he surprised me standing there with his phone out to take a picture. When I dropped it off in baton rouge I got similar treatment. I waited for a while in the drop off area, no one came out so I finally went in, the one young man was with a customer with other people there, so he asked if I was dropping off, I said yes so he directed me to the back area. I had the dolly unloaded and rolled back behind the building before the young man came around the building to check on things.BRIAN J.

Fuel gauge stuck/ maxed at Less than 3/4 tank. So received vehicle and upon returning tried to refuel 3/4 tank and ended up filling it up to full tank. Really not an issue for me but somebody else it could be a different story.THEODORE S.

I returned my cargo van on Sunday, May 24. I did not realize I was supposed to go to the link and fill out all the information. I put the keys in the overnight box on Sunday. On Monday morning I called U-Haul because Rusty's was not open (Memorial Day). I explained to them what I did. They suggested going to the location and clicking the return location on my phone. I idid that this morning. However, because the keys were in the lock box, I was not able to get the best photos of what I needed to provide. I did the best I could considering. I do have a photo of the odometer I took before locking the vehicle . If I need to provide it, I can. Thank you for your help.Scharlanne C.

I've never had a â€˜clean' truck, no matter the location. I doubt any of the locations take the time to clean the interiors, the floors especially. Nothing against the operator of this location. He was very nice and business-like.Michael F.

We dropped it off after hours. However I have used this place before and was honored to have this as a drop off place. Information given originally as a drop off site was 25 minutes from my ending location. I called the number on the contract for alternative sites. New Orleans answered the phone. However very sweet person she couldn't assist me. she transferred me to Tulsa. Although closer not ideal. The operator was very helpful and stay on the issue until we found an agreed upon location to drop of the vehicle. Over all a great experienceJohn B.

Lack of immediate response and assistance from the business owner. After waiting to be assisted for a while, I had to walk around the building to find the owner of the business to assist me. He did not greet me or acknowledge that I had been waiting on him and he was smoking inside his office. Not using that location again for my U-Haul bookings in the future.Oliver M.

I have no words for the horrible service we received from UHaul in the Longview and Tyler, Texas area for our move. We were told many different things from different people we spoke with. I made a reservation for around $600 but due to your company changing the time and date my husband had to make a new reservation which made our payment over $1000. He put in a customer inquiry on why the price change. We are extremely unhappy with our service and will not hesitate to contact the media if this is not rectified. This move was because my husband is a part of the National Guard and getting deployed. If I could give your company a negative rating I would gladly do so.Brian H.

I reserved a 20 foot truck online. When I went to pick it up at packrat storage, they told me they didnt have any trucks and didn't know why I was sent there. I called uhaul and she located a truck at a different location. We wait for an hour for the 2 nd location to open bc she set up the reservation for us. They open and they had already had it rented at 1:00, which we needed it for the whole day. So he called the third location and found a 26 foot truck, so we had to rush to that location to get the truck. Overall we lost about 2 hours of moving time and were extremely dissapointed with uhaul. I would recommend the location, but not uhaul.Cristy W.

Rusty's employee was very rude. I called the day before because we needed the truck longer than I could reserve it online and it seemed like I was an entire inconvenience to this man. If we could have found a uhaul somewhere else in town we would have. Hope to never have to use Rusty's uhaul again.STEVEN S.
