We was charged wrong for the mileage and daily rate !!! We Was charged 71$ a day and 1.09 a mile when originally online it showed 39.99 a day and 89 per mile !! It was the worst moving experience period !! I demand a refund now !!Jordee C.

I had reserved a furniture dolly as we had a huge king size bed to move. He didn't have a flat furniture dolly. That made our chore a nightmare from hell. BTW we were 2 women reduced to carrying a king mattress.Alexis D O.

The owner of this facility was quite literally the rudest person. He was unhelpful and rude. It was as if I was bothering him while he sat behind his desk. I have never filled out one of these reviews, but I intend to never do any sort of business with him again and hope no other customers of uhaul have to deal with his poor attitude and customer service.Casey K.

Server was not helpful and dismissive. I locked my keys in the uhaul and returned the next day to retrieve them, he was no help he just stated the doors are unlocked with a rude dispositionsherry L.
I made a reservation a week in advance. They warned me we might have to go to another location for the size truck we reserved which was fine. The problem is that we reserved a dozen furniture pads to assist in the move - we got there and the truck was on 1/8 of a tank, dirty and NO furniture pads. Why make a reservation if the equipment isn't going to be there, ready to go with everything reserved? Day of move and NO FURNITURE PADS IS RIDICULOUS. And no adjustment to our price for the inconvenience AND we had to fill up the truck to a 1/4 tank for return, when it was given to us with a 1/8 of tank? First really bad experience with U-Haul so I am going to put in on the location!Harold H.
The truck was absolutely filthy. Food crumbs all over the place and sweaty clothes were left behind the seats making the truck stick horribly. The owner at this location was unwelcoming and did not have the needed help at the counter to operate a U-Haul location. I would recommend either hiring a smiling face or a new attitude.Aaron S.

It was just myself and my two sisters and b/c this place is just a drop off location he would not assist us with the unload process of the auto transport. A stranger who saw my sisters and I on the ground trying to unhook it came and assisted us with the unloading of the auto transport. Then the guy was rude and rushing us. The man was EXTREMELY rude both on pick up and drop off. Also, my reservation was changed 7 times and when we finally got to the right place the man acted like we were an inconvenience and was extremely rude. As usual when we rent a uhaul no one knows what is going on. Our reservation was lost then moved over 7 times. No one we called knew where we needed to pick up. No one knew where the trailer was located. It was stressful and chaos. This will be the last time we use uhaul. It is literally always like this. Just not worth the stress and effort.Machael M.

Owner Rusty was rude and not helpful. Offered no assistance lifting trailer onto hitch. No jack present on ubox so had to use the emergency jack from my car to get it off when I dropped off. Equipment is not well maintained. Stay away.Andrew A.
The guy at the shop was extremely rude and unhelpful. He sent me to hitch the trailer without any assistance or tools. I tried unsuccessfully to lift the hitch myself almost hurting my back. To my dismay, the same guy was there when I returned the trailer. He sat there watching me trying to return the trailer knowing I barely had enough clearance. I eventually approached and asked him to move some of the other trailers. He muttered his annoyance about having to get up. He was rude answering any questions and made it very apparent that he did not want to be disturbed. Will NEVER rent from here ever again!ALEKSANDR K.

The rental location was very poor and not kept. The owner Rusty did not have time to even inspect the van with me or look at millage. When I returned I in the same condition he said just give me the keys no inspection or mileage. My cost was supposed to be under $100. I just got the statement saying missing or damaged pieces no exclamation. Cost $387 I used my American Express business card so this charge will be investigated. Rusty is obviously a fraud and a cheat U-Haul you should drop this location immediately.RONALD L.
I don't think the gas was entered correctly which resulted in a higher bill, but I have no proof so I didn't dispute . Had to call UHaul to record when I turned in my vehicle as the app didn't work on check inâ€¦.58 min hold time and then when I'm next in the cue I was hung up on and had to hold all over again.JULIE LANE B.
The cab had raisins stuck to the floor. My furniture pads were not in the unit. It was storming and pouring rain, and the owner just stood in the bay and watched me the entire time rather than assisting me. The app wouldn't locate my location and so I had to continue to stand there in the pouring rain trying to figure out how to get the process going.Whitney B.

Pick up was ok. Really irritated with website service trying to reserve the vehicle. After waiting 30-40 minutes, the person did not verify my email so I did not receive confirmation, email nor txt.. Called back and waited 30 minutes. Related the issue. This agent corrected the problem. The first person had spelled my name wrong. The on line chat is a JOKE!!!
