No issues. I was presented a clear picture of the whole process. Vehicle return process was very quick.
marty gThe guys at the location were good. They got me hooked up and on my way. The trailer was marginal for a 1,000-mile trip. Mismatched tires and one of them was nearly bald and had flat spots. The trailer had lots of damage and leaked water freely. I understand the trailers are not waterproof, but when they get beat to crap, they let the water just run in. I was lucky and made the trip without loosing the worst of the two tires.

David DThe vehicle was clean because I cleaned it after use. I only took the truck and tow dolly to the Rowlett location after performing the ''drop-off'' online directives and then being told I HAD to take the equipment to another city other than where I rented the truck from. ''Call upon arriving in Garland'', that then goes to the instructions, the vehicle and dolly must be dropped off in Rowlett, several miles down the road. That was not written ON the contract I signed! Upon calling service personnel I'm told if I leave the truck where I originally rented it from and not Rowlett, I would be fined, usually pretty hefty. I had already topped off the fuel right across the street from the original rental lot, now it's a must to drive the car wash cleaned vehicle to another city! Why do that to customers?

Stephen HThe pick up was easy and hassle free. However, when I returned the truck, another smaller truck was parked in the spot that I got the big truck from and it made it difficult for me to park the big truck that I had, but I managed.
LaTrelle SMade online reservation, was given an invoice what is due the day, to pick it up When I got there, the U Haul office was closed, I went nextdoor & the guy @ the Body shop told me he can help me. I gave him all the information,he then tells me," the Amount due today was 4x's the original price I was emailed. The guy told me $100 first, When he slipped my card I trusted him! He didn't give me a receipt, I left to go move what I needed the truck for. When I returned the truck before 4, The doors were Locked, then the guy opened the door, & I told him, " I'm returning the truck, he said he'll email me the return receipt, I said,' No I'll wait here, he looked the truck over & went inside, where I asked for a receipt. I asked him for a print out of the receipt, when I got it looking it over, I was charged $160.00!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe this!!!! ROBBERY in plain sight!!!!! SO DISGUSTED with this situation!!!! I have the email showing the amount due was less than &45.00!!!!!!!! I'll NEVER use U Haul & do my best to DISCOURAGE friends & family from renting from this company!!!!!

CHRISTOPHER LCustomer service was excellent. We got taken care of less than five minutes. All employees were very nice and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back.
MALACHI LAt 50-miles /hour, the A/C worked. Any faster the A/C did not work. Gas gauge was off - filled it to the brim, but was not showing full. The service at this location is awesome though. Use them one-two /year for trade shows.

PATRICE ZIf lot is full when returning, they ask you to come back the next day. Uhaul likes to change truck size if they don’t have onsite when you pick up.

CAREY OMake sure location has updated hours. Apparently they weren’t open the day I returned, but the sign on the door, and the info online said they were. The app let me return the trailer.. then I had to call national for help since there was no one at the business to receive the trailer

ALEXIS SDid an after-hours return.
JONATHAN NTruck was physically clean. However the truck smelled of marijuana so bad it made us sick. Windows down and that smell was still strong. Prior renter should be charged and that truck needs a detailing type cleaning.
