The front fender on the driver’s side was badly damaged, the truck was much larger than the size I wanted. I also had to go to the site twice to get the truck. The first attendant did not help me find out why my account was froze. I left the site and called the number on the paperwork he printed out and gave me. Customer service was lacking; why didn’t the attendant offer to call the number with me the first time I was there? I was not getting codes to my app or phone to sign into my account; the only way I could access my account was to sign in through a browser or search engine. I left the site, called the number listed on the receipt given to me by the attendant, and the representative I spoke to was very helpful. My account was cleared so I went back to get the truck I previously reserved. I had proof of the reservation I previously made that was sent to my email account.I got a 26 foot truck that was hard to maneuver when I ordered a 20 foot truck. I am grateful for the truck I got because we were able to get everything in one trip. No one apologized for the mishap or showed much concern. I tried to do mobile check-in and because my device would not accept codes I had to do in person pickup. I am not a criminal or second rate citizen, just needed a truck to move and didn’t appreciate all the hassle.

MARK BOne of the tires on the trailer had cords showing and was extremely worn. The fact that I was traveling approximately 800 miles was obvious and the tire was not well maintained. I had to call for a tire to be changed while on the road affecting my trip.

Derek MAt first was a little confused where to drop the trailer. Spent a few min on a Sat looking around and found a sign tagging the trailer drop was across the street from the truck return. Being a 24hr drop/pickup location there wasn't anyone around, however I was able to get parked and disconnected and use the online return process. Make sure to allow GPS location service when using this type of return so UHaul knows where the trailer is.

FABRE MI pulled the truck in, turned it off and dropped the keys in the box. I don’t believe they were open. There were no personnel to help.. Aside from the location using your app is difficult and hard to navigate. I also had no idea that I was supposed to do all the extra things when I dropped it off so I just dropped it off and left it. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I was supposed to take pictures and do all this other crap again your app is dumb. I’d also like to know why I’m being charged 14 more dollars than I already paid..

Joshua LNo real issues. Parking lot was a little muddy, but it's a gravel lot and a lot of recent snow melt. There's a bit of a ditch pulling into and out of the lot, had to navigate it slowly to avoid bottoming-out. Maybe install a drainage pipe and cover over it to improve the approach. The owner was pleasant and helpful.
JAMES HIt seems that the amount I was expecting jumped by 40.00, I won't be using U-haul again.
Thomas HI was very impressed with the truck. It had more power than I thought it would. Although it was loud in the cab the trip to Missoula was uneventful and the seats were comfortable. We will need to make another trip out to Missoula with a truck and will be renting a U-Haul truck from the same dealer in Brookings SD
