The location's hours on the Uhaul site do not match the location's actual hours. The sites themselves do not seem to have anything to do with doing business with Uhaul.

After reviewing my contract which I was told I had two day rental and find out on the contract I was only given one day I returned at 7pm. The truck was not booked back into the system after 1pm on the 3rd day resulting in me being charged another $40. The cost of renting this truck for a one day move was over $400. For the amount of belongingss I had and moving from Nanaimo to Courtenay and paying over $400 I thought was excessive and will never rent through UHaul again.

Rob RI drove 22 miles and was charged 59$ for fuel!!! Unacceptable. I will never rent from uhaul again. I will be going to the dealer to complain!
TOM CThai was the second re-assigned pickup location due to equipment shortages . Don’t let people order what you can’t deliver. Staff on hand had no idea how to deal with anything after the app crashed out.
Ian JOne person on staff, running an entire grocery store and UHaul rentals. It took far too long to pickup the vehicle, as he had to take care of other customers. He was very friendly and apologetic however.
