Thai was the second re-assigned pickup location due to equipment shortages . Don’t let people order what you can’t deliver. Staff on hand had no idea how to deal with anything after the app crashed out.

One person on staff, running an entire grocery store and UHaul rentals. It took far too long to pickup the vehicle, as he had to take care of other customers. He was very friendly and apologetic however.
