SEKITHA NThis is the worst experience I’ve had with the company in quite a while. Your computers were down several times, and nobody emailed me or texted me a drop-off address. The communication with Uhaul was an absolute nightmare.

Joel SThis location was great – but my original contract was made with the location at 609 14th St SE in Decatur, AL. The reservation was for 9AM but when I arrived no one was there. I called their number and was told that they had a wrestling match to go to, and somebody MAY be there at 9:30 but not really sure. I then called the location on 6th Street; Decatur and he was great. He searched for the trailer I needed and made the reservation in Huntsville. Huntsville was great but I would not recommend the location on 14th street.

CIERA JThe scheduling technician Natalie was unprofessional and rude, and we were given less the 24 hours notice of change of pickup location and pickup time after closing hours so we were unable to reschedule others for our move that cost us and there was nothing done to rectify the situation. Also we had no moving blankets even though we had ordered them. I will not be using this service again.

They went above and beyond to make my rental needs very quick, easy, accommodating and wowed my expectations on my last rental in which I did recently rented on 3 different occasions within a 2 week rental period recently. Tamara HThe mobile app was slow and not user friendly. The fact that an employer verification was needed is ridiculous. The employer was unavailable on a SATURDAY to verify employment because they are closed on the weekend. Did not give any options for references It would not allow me to go back to the previous page. Got frustrated and left that location and drove down the street to another location that was open but they didn’t have what we needed so we had to drive back to the original location. Called uhaul customer service number and the representative was great! We’ve rented many many uhaul trucks and this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. Took almost an hour to get the truck. Return was easy breezy.
Sandra HAdd Jacks to the tounge of the trailers so if we need to park them for a short period we can, I had to rent a second vehicle so I wouldnt tow the trailer into small lots everywhere i went. only a suggestion, would really help people in the future!

Matt OYesterday was a cluster fuck! I had ordered supplies on the 9th, pick up was the 10th, they gave us a lock I had ordered online, and yet I also got notice that another lock was being shipped to me. I DIDN'T WANT ANYTHING TO BE SHIPPED. I tried all day on the 10th to cancel that order and wasn't able to. Spoke with the most awful representative this morning who was more interested in listening to his own voice than to hearing me. I'll be charged $13.40 for shipping although I never requested it. I can also tap into my own personal time and return the lock for a refund to a uhaul dealer. When I rented the truck and bought supplies and ordered a storage unit online I thought everything was going to be at the same location. Silly me! Truck pick up in one location. Storage place with supplies at another location. Also, when our guys showed up to get the storage units we were given, there were keys on the locks. They were trying to give us someone else's units. The desk was very crowded while my guys waited there and I got on the phone to resolve the situation. Eventually we were given two new units. Next time I will seriously look at someone other than uhaul for our moving needs, which we use at least 2x/month.
Laura ADropped off at 3:02 pm, after ⛽ it up drop off at 3:02 pm. No one was there to receive the key, it was placed in the slot on the door.
