They gave me a quote for 6 hours but then told me I was suppose to return it 2 hrs later I got it at 105 pm an the paper said return it by 3 pm I didn't pat attention to the time because the lady told me 6 hrs. Then was charged somewhere 12 dlaes an no one can explain to me why

I dropped my truck a day early and they closed out my account 5 days later charging me those says instead of returning my deposit. 9 days later I'm still waiting

My original reservation was at the Carrizo Florist which was closed on the day I was supposed to pick up my reserved equipment. The proprietor was not reachable by phone. There where no trycks, only trailers in the lot. The truck I got from SageBrush was tracked with dry mud on the drivers side footwell. Surprising after I was told I have to make sure i return the truck clean otherwise there will be penalties.

The UHAUL rep rented equipment that wasn't even on the lot. I know this because she told me so. When I realized that I wasn't going to need the dolly I returned it. That was the time that the UHAUL rep first told me that I would not be getting a full refund because the dolly had left the lot.

Help them be aware of complete procedures for customer pick up and not have to call head quarters for help to complete pick up. we were there over 45 minutes before able to leave with truck and auto carrier.

Loved the Uhaul but I wish there was more locations around the area and also more uhauls available. There was only one available during my trip.
