This did not seem like a safe location. This was a supermarket in a dangerous area that had a few trucks on their lot. I didn't feel comfortable going inside to get the keys. The pick up was not a good experience aside from the location because U-Haul called to confirm that I would be picking up the truck at 9am and also sent me an email confirmation for 9am. When I got there in the morning to check in they told me the truck wouldn't be available until 10am and they admitted they failed to notify me.Jessica R.

Showed up and my truck had no key. Requested and paid to have a dolly, and didn't have that. Then i paid $130.00 to use the U-Haul for 2 hours, not worth it and at a cost like that i will not be using U-Haul again.Austin B.

This was the absolute worst U-Haul experience I have ever had, and perhaps the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Everything from start to finish was completely unprofessional and staff were incredibly rude. I did not feel confident or safe in my equipment transportation.India H.
My location was changed the night before I was to drop it off. the lot that I had to pull into with a 26' truck was way to small. I had to park in front of an employee's car because there was no more Room on a lot to put this big of a truckJeffrey K.
There was no lock box in front or side of store so had to get up early to bring key back. Did not want to just leave it in truck. Also next time I would much rather go through an actual person rather than online. It took way longer.Tierra M.

I was set-up to do self check in at 7 am, we arrived and the truck was there but there was no padlock to utilize. When I called the company they said the man would not get there until 8am. We lost an hour of moving time and made our friends who offered to help also sit around for an hour. When the man finally did arrive he seemed confused and ran my credit card twice. I showed him my credit card balance and he said it would fall off, It has not yet. Would NOT recommend.Kellie M.
