Rental location was fine. It was uhaul in general. The app would not work and nobody was working that day at the pickup location. Getting ahold of someone over the phone to figure out the issue was impossible. Would never recommend uhaul to anyone and hope I never have to work with them againJohn K.

The location was great, but Uhaul almost ruined the day. The reservation was in the system, but would not show on Uhaul's website. I lost almost 2 hours trying to reach someone at the 24/7 services department to unlock the key box in order to get the truck. Quite stressful as I was on a tight schedule.MICHAEL E.

I was scheduled to pick up my uhaul at 9am on Saturday and could not get access due to Uhauls website. I had to call a manger out and didn't get the truck until 1030am. Upon returning the truck I ran into the same issue and tried 3 different cell phones but ended up having to call and leave a voicemail. Overall the truck was in a good shape and was helpful but having to wait over an hour while having movers waiting was a big inconvenienceRocco C.

If I had not checked that morning, I would have not had a truck to pick up at this location as requested as they had my pickup in Carnegie- which was not what I requested or on my confirmation. I would have showed up for a truck and had to go way out of my way to get it- just glad I checked myself before showing up. Also, I never received a call after making my reservation as the email said I would. When arriving for truck I tried to log in - sent my pics of license and entered information then stood outside for 10 mins waiting for confirmation which never came. Tried messaging Uhaul and sent 4 or 5 messages with no response. Eventually had to go inside buiding (thank goodness they were open) and start whole process over. This location was ok and staff there nice, but my overall experience this time with Uhaul was not the best.nadine B.

The truck only had 1/8th tank of gas when I picked it up. She told me that uhaul gave me a $27 credit for gas because of it. Told me to return it with 1/8 tank of gas. When I did uhaul charged me the $27. I don't think this is properMichael M.

This location was great! It was all of your online options that did not work! As far as first trying to book online, spent an hour trying to get it to go through then I just called this location. And when I went to return the truck at night the self check in option did not work and kept giving error message. Poor poor digital grade.Mike W.

Unfortunately I was set up at McDonald to pick up over 20!days early; but someone lagged and did not see and you guys switched us to woodworking place; not too swift. Anyway they did not have trailer accessible and ended up pulling it out of the zig zag lane and damaged the fender and such. I had to report that. They forgot to give us the hand truck, so had to take more time to get one of those out of my way The true thing that bothered me was I had Dave pick up the trailer and he wanted to use his credit card to put the invoice on; woodworking said no they can't do that. Also we wanted to waive needing the insurance and they said to Dave it was mandatory; so we paid that. Then upon return;( dropped it off a day early) and they charged me another day! Hopefully your CS in Pittsburgh is trying to right that. So you see my issues; this was a troubling rental from pick up. You can see I have been loyal to renting from UHaul for many times, but this rental put a damper in the Uhaul experience. I hope you can find some future incentive for me to do so. On a positive note; your CS team in Pittsburgh ( Candy, tikinfa ( sp) , etc. were extremely helpful in this debacle and candy helped each time in working out logistics Jim HJim H.

Nobody was wearing a mask. We 4000 people a day die a day and there is no mask policy in Uhaul facility. Shocking and disappointing.Riza G.

Choose to either charge for mileage or gas. I only needed the rental for 2 milestim M.
The hitch was put on our car wrong, the trailer was dragging as soon as it was loaded because of this. The chains were put on wrong and illegally, not crossed. Very nice people but these issues caused us to be about 5 hours late leaving on a 32 hour drive. The trailer itself wasn't clean. The inside was fine, the outside was filthy. There was an inch or 2 of mud/dirt built up on the tire shield things.Monique M.

A little honesty would help. Wife was quoted a price of 29.95. I picked the truck up unaware of the quote price, and was charged 58.40. $ 14.00 of which , was an insurance charge. Insurance I did not ask for, nor was told I was purchasing. My auto insurance would have covered this and I would have declined the insurance had I known it was included. Taxes and fees are understandable, an underhanded grab of an extra $14 is another matter. $14 is not going to make or break me, but I guess if you make this every time you rent something it ads up. Rented uhauls several times over the years and , this is my first poor experience. Lesson learned. Check all your paperwork and don't trust these people.william C.

I personally wanted to speak with a representative to document the return of the equipment rented. the drop off was kinda self explanatory trailers on the right I guess trucks to the left. drop boxes on the outside wall.doug W.
Hideous experience. Truly the worst interaction I could imagine. The building is simply terrifying. To say it is filthy is not giving it any justice. I could not even find the entrance as it is not marked. There are dogs in the office that bark at you as you enter. There is nobody to greet you nor a location to be greeted. The guy simply walked past me and I did not know if he worked there. Honestly, I have tons of feedback on how horrible this was and would love to talk with and executive. I only had one bar of cell service with AT &T at this location...It took 15 minutes to get approval and get directions to get the car for pickup. If you did a pre-approval, that would save time for sure...I would contact AT&T about cell service at this spot too, or move locations...Johanna R.
they changed locations on us and had to pick the trailer up over 30 minutes away rather than 5. Told us to pick up the trailer on Friday rather than Saturday as we requested and charged us an extra day. Was told I was getting a $50 refund for the location mix-up and the $37.50 back for the extra day. haven't seen it on my card.Gary H.
