If you need to move - this is the U Haul location you need to go to! The lady (I wish I remembered her name) at this facility was nothing short than amazing! She was so friendly and just so incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend using her for your move! Moving is so stressful in itself and it was nice to have this part be so easy!

Rosa went above & beyond to help and accommodate us twice! She also help us find CTA Auto Accessories to help change our fuse in car so lights connected to trailer and worked. She did all this with a friendly positive attitude. Thank you.

The lady running the facilities was great. She accommodated us a every turn. I would highly recommend her personally. She was willing to work late to accommodate other customers, who needed a trailer. She allowed me to walk my service dog on property after hours. He needed to relieve himself after several hours if watching my brother and I move. I'm a disabled vet 100% compensated by this great country. However I'm furious with U haul. I will never use your company again. You expect me after we have worked all day moving, to return to your facility, take pictures, notate mileage, and park the truck properly, and do all this in the dark to avoid an additional $20 fee. I'm sorry that's not acceptable on any level. If you do NOT reverse the charges of our move and do something kind for the lady who helped us, then I will recommend the public seek help moving from another company. The truck we used was of an exceptional quality having less than 2000 miles of service. Please understand the amount of work you require to validate the customer has respected your property is TOTALLY unacceptable. The lady working the office, runs every aspect of the uhaul business at that location has always been kind, helpful and a pleasure to work with. She's the reason I always rent from the Rt. 41 location in Inverness. I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she very much deserves as being a model employee. That being said, there's nothing that needs improvement at this location. Many Thanks to the Rt. 41 location in Inverness.

I didn't catch her name, but the lady up front that did my paperwork was very nice, pleasant and informative. All the equipment was ready to go for me. I did the rental ahead of time online so I was in and out real quick, max 10 minutes.

For the price of everything we received it was not worth the price. We will not be using the company anymore after this move when we can hire a moving company with crew for the same price and less hassle on us. We will not be recommending U-Haul to friends or family.

Rosa Noriega, I had the most wonderful experience with her. She is so professional and persistent to make sure I was able to rent a U-Haul due to the fact that I owed a pass balance. She helped me get that resolvement taken care of very quickly and I was on my way with the u-haul. I am so appreciative of her. Thank you so much again always. I will always go to her for a U-Haul.
