They didn't tell me they would charge me a fee if I didn't do the online return. I turned the keys in before i tried to do the online return, I tried to do it but it wouldn't let me upload the pictures I took before I turned the keys in. So I wasn't able to do the return so they tried to charge me a fee. They didn't communicate properly also I wasn't that late returning the van they were still in the office and one lady walked out while I was there. I shouldn't be charged if their online return don't work like it should.ROSIE N.

I drove 11 hours with no A/C from fresno, ca to pheonix, AZ. We (my young children) had to not only deal with over 100 degree weather but the smoke from the fires. The worst experience ever!ANGEL V.

U-Haul was behind the business, but keys were in the front. You have to go around the building to get the keys and walk back around, which is quite a walk considering it's the entire length of half a strip mall.Daniel P.

Employees are very helpful if you have any questions. I was running a bit late for my trailer pick-up time and they called me to make sure I was still picking it up. And I told them my situation and they completely understood. I picked it up and the employee was very helpful.ENRIQUE M.
No one said it was remote access only The phone number asked to enter a code which I searched for in all my paperwork and could not find ! It's not organized because while I was in trying to fix their mistake of charging me for 33 miles when I drove only 8 someone called and had the same issue. It also happened earlier that day too and a few months ago someone wrote a review about it. I stood there a whole hour trying to get it figured out. But the guys were nice!SIMIN C.

We were charged a cleaning fee. We dropped off the Uhaul in the exact same condition we got it in. We even dropped it off with MORE gas in the tank than we received, yet we're charged for gas. Dissatisfied with that and being charged a cleaning fee. The trucks should be provided clean if expected to be clean.SHAWN K.
Well for starters, I rented thinking I was getting 24 hours, but nope only 6. This caused problems and I got charged for three days!! Nor was any mileage included which online if I reserved 3 days with each day 30 miles, I should've been credited something. However, I was told because I was late, I don't get anything.
