There was no person to deal with. It was a gas station, but it was very convenient to drop off here. The problem is that u haul tried to change my drop off location without telling me to somewhere in Elgin, which was 30 minutes away from the dropoff I chose (and the one I was sitting at). I had to waste 10 minutes on the phone trying to get it switched back to the Rosewood dropoff.

Took an hour to get the rental complete....then, the Uhaul truck was almost on EMPTY. Went back in and told the same lady who checked us in, she couldn't understand (or didn't care) that we we picking up the truck already on EMPTY when it should be FULL. Needed the truck, so....Went immediately (to another gas station) and filled up the tank - at a price of almost $100. In short, the truck itselft was great, clean, ran perfectly. However the checkin was AWEFUL.
