Never notified about a change in my account. When upon picking my rental up, there was issues where my order was placed. Never received a confirmation on change of location. Upon returning the vehicle I was called and was question by Sales Rep at the location about returning the vehicle. I stated that our original date was pushed back and she had a horrible attitude. I stated that the vehicle wasn't going to be returned at the time she wanted to be returned. I very dissatisfied with my first experience with U-Haul. I will never be a returning consumer.Eric R.

The agent who originally made my reservation for pick up at 12900 Fenwick Center Dr, Louisville, KY sent me to a location that was supposedly closed for the next two weeks. I waited for an hour and a half till I had to call in to a U-haul representative helped me relocate but it was way out of the way and very complicated from the beginning. I also asked for a dolly and if the location had tools to help with the ball to tighten it onto the hitch. I didn't receive a dolly and the location did not have the tools necessary to help with hitch installation.Dustin T.
I got no help getting the trailer off my truck. The lady working there told me I could flag down someone passing by to help me. She never came outside to look at the trailer. I will never use this location again.CHARLES B.

What they had reserved for me on their computer was different from what I reserved. I showed them my confirmation email that clearly showed what I had reserved, with a $50 guarantee. An hour later they finally located the type of trailer I reserved. It didn't take an hour in total, it took an hour just for them to locate the trailer. So almost an hour and fifteen minutes after my guaranteed reservation time I had a trailer hooked up that didn't even match the equipment number on the contract they printed. I took it and left it up to them to sort that out because I was going to run out of time with the babysitter if I didn't start working ASAP. I would be embarrassed if I ran a business that considered that a guaranteed reservation.William B.

Have rented from this location multiple times requesting an appliance dolly and moving blankets and they are never available. What is the point of making online reservations requesting these items if these items are never available?Dustin R.

Attendant did not seem to know protocols to follow. Attempted to charge us again for a prepaid reservation. Had us retrieve the additional materials from the shelves. The lady running this place was kind and very sweet, but you could tell she was very much out of her comfort zone running a u-haul rental location. Check-in process took nearly an hour because she struggled to use the computer.Joeseph W.

I had the rental truck for one day on Saturday March 13. Did the return online when truck was returned to Sams Stor All. My credit card was billed twice, (2 Different amounts) for the return. Sams Stor All closed at 1 pm. that Saturday, so the store employee processed the return on Monday March 15. I was charged again on my credit card for the rental.Judith G.

The outside of the truck was very dirty. It was so bad I could barely see out of the front windshield. When I used the wipers and wiper fluid it made visible worse. I had to get out of the truck and wipe the windshield off.Jennifer P.

The experience I had at this location was outstanding!Norman H.
Trailer had a low tire when we picked up. Location did not have any way to air tire so we left with the trailer. The tire would not hold air because it had two nails in it. The tire was also bald with no tread. I patched the tire at a gas station. The Sams stor all location is also very muddy if it rains which it did yesterday so when we dropped off it was a muddy mess.Stephen P.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I showed up at the store at 11 o'clock in the morning it was told there was no trucks to rent. I went online to find another truck at a different location, the Internet tells me that there are trucks available at this location. The lady that was working behind the desk had no interest in helping me. I returned at 4 o'clock to pick up the truck. I followed the instructions of the Internet and giving me about how to pick the truck up using your smart phone. It Told me the key would be in a lock box but there was no key in the lock box. Same lady that refused to help me earlier had failed to put the key in the lock box. She stated her internet was down and could help me again for the second time. This rental was guaranteed verbally by the gentleman I spoke with/booked with for 24 hours with pick up at 11:30 on 8/9. I was closing on a house and wasn't sure what time I could get it. The larger truck had to be returned by 8 am Saturday morning so I took the smaller truck knowing it may take 2 loads. Upon arrival I was informed the truck had to be returned that night as it was booked for 8 Saturday morning and with a full tank of gas although it was not full when I received it. She backed off that and said only as full as when I got it. No discounts for the inconvenience only they do what they want. I also had to provide 2 family members information to get the truck which was not told to me when I booked it. I guess it's a good thing I still have family!Jean M.

The following comments in no way reflect on the actual rental location: The whole rental from start to finish was a disaster. They canceled my reservation twice, the first location did not even have my reservations , and the man was rude. When I called uhaul they never called me back, leaving me to try to find my own truck. UHAUL let me book and schedule pick up for 7 am and said I could use my phone to pick up. However, the shop didn't open until 8am. I was not able to use my phone and we had to wait until after 8am. I had ordered blankets and a dolly, the website said these items would be on the truck upon arrival. They were not and we had to once again request the items and then put them on the truck. Everything just took longer than expected. Considering the website said everything would be ready for pick up and let me select the time. Seems the website needs to be updated with this particular address and their hours etc.Crystal C.
I have been charged twice. When I called the place I rented from, they told me I would have to call UHAUL and speak with them. I have called twice & was on hold for over 25 minutes each time before hanging up. I can't be on the phone like that from work. I tried Live Chat, no one ever responded. Email, no response. I want my money back! I feel like the place I rented from should be able to help me or they should call and find out what happened.Tammy B.
