The best and fastest service i have ever got i was in and out with in 5 minutes with brand new truck a d he explained everything and once I return didn't have to wait he charge me and emailed me the charges I am definitely going back again for my next reservation fred you are the best brother God bless you for your assistance please support him by reserving from him

My recent experience with U-Haul was as close to perfect as I can imagine. The phone app allowed me to make choices from home instead of at the counter in a busy store, which allowed for better decision-making. No one tried to pressure me into renting or buying things I didn't want. The 26-foot truck I rented was brand new, which was just good luck. U-Haul obviously can't provide a new vehicle for every customer. But U-Haul gave me the 26-footer for same price as the 20-foot truck I initially reserved, which wasn't available. Normally the 26-foot trucks cost several hundred dollars more, and U-Haul had no obligation to give me a discount. But they did, and as it turned out, I needed every one of those 26 feet. The truck was easy to load because of its low deck height, and remarkably easy to drive. Anyone who can drive a car can drive the 26-foot truck. The only issue I had was not understanding how the headlight switch worked. There are 4 different settings and the one I chose turned the headlights on, but not the taillights. The information on how the switched worked was available on my phone, through U-Haul, so the fix was simple. I just needed to do my part.

Honestly reading some of the mean comments people put which doesn't have anything to do with this location is really painful the guy is very kind and friendly and help me out from start to finish and I feel he deserves a tip to be putting his weekend to help others i definitely recommend this place for service and will be dropping off a big service tip for his hard work thank you and God bless you

Honestly the best uhaul experience i had the service was great I walked in he took care of me fast with a great attitude. For the people that leave negative comments I can just say you are just looking for excuses to put others down for me personally this is my place to return for all my uhaul rentals god bless you for the service you provide and the great attitude I be back soon

I would send all customers to this location service was fast very knowledgeable and friendly and took me to process step by step and I was out on my way with in 5 minutes with a nice friendly goodbye the thing about this place is very convenient and big yardage service was excelente thank you for your great customer service and honesty I be back in a week to rent 3 more

they switched my location last minute. postponed the time my vehicle was ready and i felt over charge on gas and mileage .

Worker charged me for insurance when I rejected it multiple times, he said it was required but that's not true I've rented UHual trucks many times. He also charged my $20 for gas when I only drove 8 miles total & put gas myself. He was just trying to charge me for extra stuff to get more money. Unprofessional, never coming back to that scamming location.

Service worker was completely unhelpful and gruff. Did not have the furniture pads or the dolly we ordered, and we had already been redirected after an issue. He also entered the wrong truck on our account, so we had to call for help multiple times just to pick up and drop off the truck. Incredibly inconvenient. The staff on the phone were lovely, however.

The person who attend where we rented the truck has an ugly attitude and doesn't help the customer, as if they had him working by force

Trailer needed maintenance and the pick up site was an 40 minutes from my original location, then drop off location was same place I picked the trailer up from when I rented a one way, then after all that I returned trailer to Dublin location and I was charged the full deposit fee and not the lower rental fee and had to chat with customer service to get fixed hopefully, absolutely a negative experience with U-Haul.

I was overcharged, with items I did not order placed on my bill. I was not given an opportunity to view the bill before it was processed, leading to a difficult process of having to call a network of people at UHaul corporate to try and get my money back.

I put the exact amount of gas that the truck had into the form when I picked up the truck, it said it had 1/8th of a tank, however, it really had 1/16th of a tank. so I entered it in, and made sure to put it EXACTLY where it was before returning it; and was still charged a fuel fee when I returned it. Definitely will not be using this location again. On top of that, the interior of the truck was not clean, and the guy who I rented it from told me he would refund the fuel charge, and never contacted me again.

The uhaul was disgustingly dirty, the location was gross, felt unsafe and the employee was unprofessional. He did not have any way to accept payment other than taking my credit card information in his phone which felt weird, there was no office, he was standing outside and was rude, the lot was dirty, the employee quoted me a price then i was charged a different price, equipment/dollys i rented was unavailable and i was not made aware until i arrived, and the uhaul did not come with a lock

Uhaul truck was dirty and had water stains on the windshield and windows I had to rinse the windows to get a clearer and safer view. I was also not provided with the utility dolly and was still charged for it.

Location was clean. I would t say inviting as it is in an industrial area - which is fine. Check in process was quick and seamless and the employee loved the truck closer to trash for clearing.

More signs showing that it’s a U-Haul pick up/drop off location. There was a single sign on the wall that was not easy to spot.

This was the first time I rented a truck from this location and it was an excellent experience. I did not have to wait for anything. The truck was ready for me when I arrived and the owner was very helpful. I would highly redo this location. Unfortunately I have gone to other U-Haul locations not having a good experience, having to wait a long time amongst other things.
