The truck was out of alignment and pulled to the right. Tires were not balanced causing the steering wheel to shake.

Was told since they were closed Saturday and sunday could pick up key to truck Friday evening and pickup truck Saturday morning. My rental time was started Friday evening so by time I picked up Saturday morning had 8 hours of my 24 hours left...was not told that was told it was fine to pick up key and then get truck Saturday since they were closed. Picked up truck and it was filthy inside and out when gf got key she told him it was filthy said people before us had it awhile was only explanation. The exhaust had a big leak in it to where you couldn't hear anything driving down road. Front end must be out of alignment cause tire was bald on outside edges and hop going down the road. All in all horrible communication from uhaul and called and talked to 2 different representatives that wouldn't help with situation. The one I called Saturday right after picking up truck I told him I would take truck back and get one from different location but he told me if I did I would have to pay for truck I had for 30 minutes plus the new truck...not a way to do customer service and your trucks need alot better checks before they rent them out to other people..my experience was horrible and gave me the understanding that money is the only thing this company cares about..not the customer satisfaction or well maintained vehicles

The management was so helpful!! They went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly to rent the UHaul. I would never be hesitant to rent a UHaul from S&S again.

S&S Gas & Go is an amazing location to pick up your U-Haul. There is always a truck available for your needs. And they also have an amazing hot bar and cold drinks.

Dirty inside, waited while some guy was on the phone. No clear instructions and I even selected pickup remotely and still had to sit and meet with someone, so what was the point of that? No clear markings to get into the building. I had to go into a gas station and way in the back office they shared. But, that's just been every uhaul experience I've had pretty much so at least it's consistent.

I was charged for fuel that was not used. I picked it up on 3/4 tank and returned it in 3/4. The manager was looking at the gauge from the ground and was told it was only 3/4 but still wrote it down as 7/8.

Office is only open 4p-7p. And gentleman whom runs it is rude and treats you as your stupid and don't know what you're doing. I drive semi for living but yet he thinks I have no clue how to hook up trailer. He himself was struggling to do it right. Returned one trailer to rent different one,was treated same way. In future unless in bind Will NOT Rent from him again

I have NOT received any printout or email as to charges. I returned unit 2 days early, and was promised an adjustment to the final bill. Returned to a new owner of your franchise, was unable to get or tell me any info. Would recommend only because there is no other place locally to go
