Ousmane was very nice and helpful. The problem was, we had a pickup time of 10:30am. Nobody there until 11:00am!! So, I waited 30 minutes!! Unacceptable!! Also, bad part of town. I won’t be using U-Haul again!!

The truck was not available and ready at scheduled time. At rescheduled time 1.5 hours later, owner was not present and had difficulty verifying our truck. We got the truck 2 hours after our original time and were told multiple times that they may not have a truck for us today
Sierra JIt was just OK. The person that helped me was very helpful and got my return done fast. The area didn’t seem the most inviting, but it was fine for a return.
Jeff MThe truck was parked on a street a block away, completely out of sight of the business location. The building is very rundown—it was hard to know if it was actually a business. The furniture dolly was not in the truck and nobody was inside the business location, so the move was much more difficult than it would have been if the dolly was included.

This was not the location I chose, I chose a different location (with 5-star reviews) and was handed off to this location (1-star reviews) a few days before pick up. 2) the neighborhood isn’t great and there isn’t a physical location, the trucks are parked in someone’s yard 3) wasn’t explicitly told that this was transitioned into a remote pick up and the location phone number was not picked up 4) blankets that were supposed to be in the truck were not in the truck so now I have to deal with that 5) truck was dispatched with about 1/16 of a tank of gas so I had to stop and refuel almost immediately 6) cigarette butt on the floorboard All in all, awful pick up experience. Fortunately UHaul national customer service was able to get me going but it took some time, thankfully it wasn’t raining or anything
Craig DArrived to find no parking space for our 10' truck. The workers did not speak English. We were handed one of their phones and spoke to who I presume to be their boss and he said that he would be there in 10 minutes. We could not do mobile return, because we had to park in the bike lane with our hazards on. Once the manager showed up it was fine and easy to return, but the entire process was a bit ridiculous.
Ian PI was charged $10 for 12 blankets but there was none in the truck when I went to pick the truck. Kindly refund me the amount of $10.

Claire MThe location on 2154 central parkway is so extremely dangerous and there’s no clear parking spots for uhauls. When I got there there wasn’t anyone to help me for the first 30 minutes until a mechanic said he also handled uhaul drop offs. The representatives on the phone completely lack training and have no idea how to respond to customer’s questions.
