No one was present at the location. I called the number on the reservation and got some guy who completed my contract while we were on the phone. He then told me to go around the back of the building where the trailer was load up the trailer myself. It was on a hill and potentially could have slid down the hill while I was loading. Could have ugly. I reserved a dolly and he didn’t have one, nor did he seem to care. Found one at a U-Hail Location. I feel like U-Hail owes me a credit from this challenge. I had a reservation guarantee and my reservation was not ready at the contracted time, date and location.

Reservation was at 8am them couldn’t find the key or my reservation they couldn’t speak English. They said the gas was full I’m glad I took my own picture I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one I didn’t leave this place til after 10am
Cynthia SThe truck was not ready when I arrived. They were not even aware that I was scheduled to pick it up. When that issue was resolved, the truck was hooked up to a trailer which I had to unhitch and maneuver into a tight spot between cars in order to be able to drive off. We had no help and the lady at the desk only dealt with car sales. Also, the pick-up location assigned was 25 miles from my preferred location. This added extra mileage and cost.

Derrick BAddress is wrong!!! Cost me extra as my Uber driver had to wait while I called and the owner hung up on me! There is a big difference between W 221 Valley Ave and 221 Valley Ave. Then when we finally found it, the inside of the U-Haul was disgusting and the gas gauge was wrong as they overestimated the gas by 1/4 of a tank on their paperwork (I took pictures to prove it). Also, I’m lucky I speak some Spanish or I’m not sure I could’ve communicated with the nice girl who was there to rent me the U-Haul. I do not recommend ever going to this location and I think U-Haul should reassess using them.
