I think there was a known issue with this trailer. The shocks are terrible on the left side and although there was a 6x8 right at the front of the lot where I was parked, this one was brought from the back. I was there right when they opened.

It was a little confusing about where to pick up the truck and trailer. I booked for a different location, but due to equipment availability, I was switched to this location. A text specifically saying the pick up location has changed would be helpful. The staff at the pick-up location were very helpful.

1st off called friday before confirmed my 8 o'clock checking via app. she said all good we don't open til 8:30 your checking in via app. all good got there wouldn't let me check in via app. had to call. was told the location never set up app pick up. paperwork via first emailed showed 8 am pick up. had to wait owners looked liked they just woke up and as soon as i told the woman i was to be picking up at 8 the man yelled NO NO NO RUDE that is not correct. i was not in the mood i let is go. then when asked if want the coverage for the insurance computer messed up couldn't sigh didn't want. they charged me. they also left the dolly and the lets just call it the mats to cover stuff in the van. hooked to the wall and the end zipped tied to the wall taking up my room for loading and moving and if i would have taken them off i would get charged. the van is on it's last leg needs to go. the van is going to get some one hurt. this is my 3rd move with u haul worst experience ever. i would like to say i would here back from this comment but probally not. companies get to big for themselves sometimes.. signed little person

I dropped off the trailer during off hours. I did not have any interaction with the staff at this location. There was plenty of room for me to back the trailer into the lot and unhook.

The staff was rather unfriendly. It felt I was serving them, not them serving me. Not very communicative or welcoming. The van was buried amongst others, making photos pretty much impossible. I returned the van that evening and had to move other equipment myself by hand to be able to park it. Proximity to my home is convenient, but the quality of personnel and facility is not worth it. I'd rather drive the extra 10 miles.

My experience started off poorly from the moment I arrived. My reservation was from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and I arrived around 1:50 PM to complete the online pickup process. The system would not let me proceed, and once it finally showed that I was “waiting,” no one contacted me. I eventually had to call customer service, where I was told the system was experiencing technical issues. I understand that technology can fail. However, the problems did not end there. Once I finally gained access to the truck, I noticed several cosmetic issues that did not concern me. What did concern me was that the passenger door would not close properly. By the time I was finally able to leave, it was already around 2:40 PM. On top of that, the truck only had about 13 miles worth of fuel remaining, forcing me to drive directly to a gas station before I could even begin my move. The truck also made excessive noises while driving, making it feel like it was not in a safe condition. Technical issues with the online system can happen, but sending customers out in a truck with almost no fuel and mechanical issues is the responsibility of the store, not the customer. I have photos documenting the condition of the truck, and I spent a significant amount of time on the phone speaking with more than three different customer service representatives before a resolution was finally reached. If there is one positive thing I can say about this experience, it is that every representative I spoke with was patient, professional, and genuinely tried to help. They were the only reason this situation was eventually resolved. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pickup process was frustrating, the vehicle was not properly prepared, and I lost valuable time from my rental because of problems that were completely outside of my control. I sincerely hope U-Haul improves both its online system and the condition in which vehicles are delivered to customers.

Uhaul needs to get a better system for tracking their accessories, we had placed our reservation over a week earlier for a trailer and a set of appliance dollies. Well when I arrived they didn't have any appliance dollies so we had to move our appliances with a regular set of hand trucks and a ratchet straps.

I think the couple running this location are not GA natives, but maybe NY or NJ, so they are not warm and friendly. They are very transactional. That being said, they take care of biz. I went in and did paperwork. Came out, trailer was hooked up, we checked lights and off I went !

Let me tell you, if you plan to rent a UHaul, this is the only place to go. Efficient check out, knowledgable about the equipment. Just all around great service.

When I picked up the truck...the inside smelled like puke and wet dog. I had to put fabric sheets under the seats so I could deal with the smell. And there was no other truck at the time and I didn't have a choice but use the truck.

Awesome service, i would recommend this locationto all for they are very professional. I had a few questions twice during my travels and each time this branch assistant me. Quick check out and in. The only thing I would recommend is if U-Hall wants you to return the rental over a App,it should be made clear on the site.

The tow dolly was warped and not functioning properly and the harness kept coming off one of the tires so I had to keep stopping to reattach it about every hundred miles and now you guys are asking me for money but the reason I went over my mileage is because of all the excessive stopping and sometimes driving out of the way because I couldn't operate the truck normally with a tow dolly

The only reason I would not recommend this location is because you have to drive down a one lane road and it’s hard to maneuver, especially if you have a moving truck or trailer.

It wasn’t clean. He was friendly but rushed. Equipment was not properly checked. Gas handle on truck said one thing when it was turned off but when you crank the truck up it was way below what was submitted.

Taking the human element out of the rental process will make me go elsewhere to rent a truck even if it costs more. Making me give the info of someone else that has nothing to do with the rental just to verify I am who I say I am? No way!
