The location was incredibly convenient to the dealership where i needed to pick up my auto for tow; facilities were clean and worker was great hooking the trailer up and ensuring all safety items

It was a small lot for drop off.

Detra SThe tow dolly was warped and not functioning properly and the harness kept coming off one of the tires so I had to keep stopping to reattach it about every hundred miles and now you guys are asking me for money but the reason I went over my mileage is because of all the excessive stopping and sometimes driving out of the way because I couldn't operate the truck normally with a tow dolly
Matthew PThe only reason I would not recommend this location is because you have to drive down a one lane road and it’s hard to maneuver, especially if you have a moving truck or trailer.
Joe LIt wasn’t clean. He was friendly but rushed. Equipment was not properly checked. Gas handle on truck said one thing when it was turned off but when you crank the truck up it was way below what was submitted.

KEEBUM KEverything was great minus the UHAUL app not working correctly in the return truck process. I have an android phone, the app would get stuck so I processed it through the app on my friends phone, it was an Iphone, the app worked fine.

GEORGE SI was more than pleased. I will never ever go to Home Depot to rent a truck ever again! The location was right by my house, I was able to make the reservation online But I did notice they helped another lady get set up who didn't have the reservation. My dad and I had just tried to rent a truck at Home Depot, but apparently they're fancy TSA run system was too complicated for us to figure out even though I'm like 32 years old and work with technology. Regardless, this U-Haul place is wonderful. The truck was nice and easy to get in and out of the lot. And I just appreciated the service.
Chelsea BI would recommend the HWY 80 store not the Jimmy Deloach store. I had a sevlrvice agreement and the keys in hand and they still rented my box truck to someone else; that is why we had to go to HWY 80 after 2 hrs of waiting. Unsatisfied

JUSTIN WI was helping a friend move. They had a reservation at another U-Haul location several days prior to need. They were contacted the evening before advising thee truck they RESERVED would not be available…. Then what good is a reservation. I contacted Sapphire as I had used them before and they came through for me. Thank you

COLUMBUS RI do not recommend phone pickup!! I felt like I should get a discount for working for Uhaul. It took so much more time picking up the truck with my phone. Previously I have rented from this location and had a great experience. Due to having to take pictures and the basic self service part of phone pickup it was really aggravating. Overall I’m not pleased with the rental process and will never self pick up again. It’s not the facilities fault. It’s just poor customer service on Uhaul part. They charge the same rate for basically no customer service.

The woman on my first rental was acting as if I was bothering her by renting from then, then her husband, the owner I guess, said I had an attitude and he wouldn't renting to me. He eventually backed down, but they both were a piece of work. You should not have to feel like your doing them a favor by renting a truck from them. The trucks were fine, they just need to treat customers with respect.
